I think I can understand your comment about 'no tofu', but not sure why you think there will be no lima beans (at least its kind) there? The Bible mentions 'beans' and even that which is related like Carob (locusta bean)

Eggs are not eaten in Heaven. Eggs are the seed of the womb (belonging to a menstrual period cycle), and come of the creatures of this world, which produce after their "kind".

Heaven (also NH & NE) are about eating to God's glory, and according to His will, thus temperance:

1Co_10:31 Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.​

Angels themselves eat for strength:

Ecc_10:17 Blessed art thou, O land, when thy king is the son of nobles, and thy princes eat in due season, for strength, and not for drunkenness!

Psa_103:20 Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.​

Not true. Their sources say in an emergency of lack of other options for food, it is allowed. Do you need the reference?
