Christ was definitely not a racist.

If we are born anew, there is no difference between us. Christ died for all mankind, not just folks with a particular skin color, or location of origin or gender.

We must be careful not to fall into segregation again. Also, not knowing their background, there is a push with Muslims to establish areas where Muslim law would supersede the constitution and state law.

    No segregation

    peace to you

What do you call success? They still come under the laws of the land. How is it an experiment in governance?

What predominantly black areas or neighborhoods are safe for anyone today? What makes them think this will change?

Of course if it is reversed and 19 white families bought 97 acres to create a safe haven for white people, there would be outrage by the NAACP, ANTIFA, BLM, SPLC, and the NFL. The Federal govt. would immediately step in and move a black family in there just because....just because. It ain't right that white folk live among themselves. But we whites just want to be a folk again, a clan again.

Understand, I am really all for it. As long as they let everyone else do the same. It is a form of secession. And I firmly believe that secession of some sort is the only answer to avoid a civil war. To allow a people to live under the form of government they want. As I have said before, the two sides are too different.

Are all these families born-again Christians?

Yes, much better than segregation. And segregation is against the law.

    peace to you

I know what you mean, but Jesus could be quite the racist at times. (Matt. 15:26) (John 4:22)

As cites burn down, policeman hunted down and shot. Oh yes, that integration is working just fine.

If segregation is against the law, why are these black families allowed to segregate?

A racist based commune idea. I think this insular thing leads to member abuse. What else would you expect to occur. We dont need no stinkin police either. And how about keeping out the blue eyed white devils.

I call success the accomplishment of their primary goal, an all black community that is safe.

I consider it an experiment in governance because it has never been attempted within the confines of this country.

    Governance - Wikipedia
Governance comprises all of the processes of governing – whether undertaken by the government of a state, by a market or by a network – over a social system (family, tribe, formal or informal organization, a territory or across territories) and whether through the laws, norms, power or language of an organized society.[1] It relates to "the processes of interaction and decision-making among the actors involved in a collective problem that lead to the creation, reinforcement, or reproduction of social norms and institutions".[2] In lay terms, it could be described as the political processes that exist in and between formal institutions.

As far as I know, they have no government ruled by blacks that affords what they want to accomplish.

Based on Squire Robertsson's post, I stand corrected.

The violence is not about race, its politics. The protests are about racial bias, but the violence is being pushed by Max:s trying to destroy America.

And these families shouldn’t be allowed to segregate as a incorporated city. If they want build a private commune subject to membership restrictions, then maybe.

    peace to you

FWIW, Allentown was not founded as a "commune". It was founded as a place where Blacks could own property due to the vagaries of California property. laws.

"Watching our people protesting in the streets, while it is important, and I want people to stay out in the streets, bringing attention to the injustices of Black people. We needed to create a space and a place where we could be a village, again, a tribe, again," Scott said.

Oh, the irony. Are we certain this isn't an article from a competitor to The Bee?

Well, whose laws do they come under? If they form their own government and laws, then they have seceded from the U.S. If they are still under Federal, State, and local laws, but they have a ruling authority or authorities, then they are just vigilante's.

As was mentioned by another, it would be no different then what the Muslims want to do.

Would you be for white people being allowed to do the same, and wish them success?

I disagree. Yes, the politics of it plays a role, but it is race that is fueling the violence. The black race is simply using any political excuse it can to riot, burn, loot, and kill. No one is looting and destroying property when a white person is killed. Just because their are some idiot whites that go along, doesn't mean it isn't black motivated. The NAACP, SPLC, BLM, and NFL knows better.

Then white people or Klan members should be able to do the same. Buy up a bunch of land, declare themselves a commune whereby you have to be white to live there. In fact, one could create a gated community with such stipulation.
