Sorry, you don't get to tell someone else what they believe... or does that only apply to Calvinists?

Obviously by my reply I agree with you, but you are out of order of events.

not so, the person has to also be sealed, which happens after they believe
Thing is though which is true, all God makes born again, will believe and then be sealed.
People think born again means saved, but that is not the complete story is it.
    Ephesians 1
11 In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will, 12 in order that we, who were the first to put our hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory.

13 And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, 14 who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession—to the praise of his glory.

You have to be changed before you will believe.

apart from the much misused and misunderstood passage in Ephesians 2, where does the Bible actually teach this?

Seriously? We have been over this hundreds of times like a broken record. No man comes to the Father unless he is drawn. That drawing is part of the change. Your eyes must be opened.

I have not seen you comment here? Does God Prevent Some from Hearing The Gospel?

Ok, Peter proclaims the gospel. The people who heard are convicted (pricked in their hearts). They ask what must they do, Peter says repent, believe and they will receive gift of Holy Spirit.

Where do you want to start?

    peace to you

You have already said some of it. Notice that these say to Peter, "what must we DO", and Peter says that they must "repent" for the forgiveness of their sins. It is only AFTER this, that they can be "born again". Agree?

Repentance and faith are necessary for salvation. The passage doesn't mention being “born again”. It does say that after they repent/believe they will receive the gift of Holy Spirit.

Imo, this is a reference to the indwelling Holy Spirit that is given as the pledge promise of God. Indwelling Holy Spirit is the sign a person has obtained right relationship (salvation) with God.

Concerning being “born again”, as I have stated, I see salvation as a process where Holy Spirit intervenes in a person’s life, enabling them to believe by changing their nature; drawing them by convicting them of their sinfulness before God and the truth of Jesus as Savior. The end result is being “born again” when they obtain salvation.

    peace to you

If your definition of being born again is Scriptural and the Holy Spirit does it all regardless of the person. Then there is no need to repent and believe

I don’t understand what you mean by “Holy Spirit does it regardless of the person”.

I have acknowledged that “repent and believe” is part of the process of salvation.

    Peace to you

"Holy Spirit intervenes", you wrote, is this by "invitation" from the person?

No. The Spirit moves as He will, so is everyone born of the Spirit. God choses whom He will save.

The person responds to God Holy Spirit intervention with repentance and faith that leads to indwelling Holy Spirit and salvation.

    peace to you

Explain to me the last time you got an invitation from a dead man?... Brother Glen:)

Ephesians 2:1 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins:

2:2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

2:3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
