Think of it this way. Kurios = YHWH in the OT. Kurios = Lord in the NT. Jesus IS the Lord. To say Jesus is the Lord is to say Jesus is YHWH. Only by the Holy Spirit can people say this which means many say it in vain.

So what? I have listened to debates where the main verse on a doctrine was not mentioned by either side.

    I agree.
Jesus is all of that, as well as God the Son.
" Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and [that] no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost." ( 1 Corinthians 12:3 )

    Amen.

If an error is repeated a 1000 times it does make it any less wrong. If the end of 1Jn 5:7 was not part of the original that does not alter the fact of the trinity. But adding to the text of scripture does make that addition correct.

So you think adding to the text of scripture is OK?

You forgot Genesis 1:1-2 another trinity proof text describing all three's job. Plain and simple.

“Approach Me and listen to this. From the beginning I have not spoken in secret; from the time anything existed, I was there.” And now the Lord GOD has sent me and His Spirit.” (Isaiah 48:16) (HCSB)

The Test was aimed at the NT for the abundance of clear passages. But thanks for chipping in.

I have taken the liberty of adding [brackets] around the words which are not in the Greek. I believe if you read 1 John 5:1-21 without the words in the [brackets] you will be able to see they were added later to the chapter.

Nowhere is YHWH at right hand of anyone. No such verse.

Verse 5 says that Jesus Christ is YHWH

In verse 1 God the Father is called YHWH

as Jesus is at the Right Hand of the Father, YHWH is at the Right Hand of YHWH!

False. Psalms 110:5, ". . . The Lord at thy right hand shall strike through kings in the day of his wrath. . . ." The Lord at the right hand there being a man the son of David verse 1.
Psalms 110:1, "The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool. . . ."
    " . . . YHWH said to my Lord . . . ." Refers to Christ as the Lord as the man. Matthew 22:42-45. 1 Timothy 2:5.

You are saying Jesus is not God. This is considered Heresy. Pray that you can see that He is. Seeing how you cannot divide God into parts. YHWH is always the eternal Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Would make no sense if it stated the father sat next to the father!
