I'm looking around and I only have a couple options. I don't really know the difference. I am trying to look into it but I am a bit confused.

It depends on what denomination of Presbyterian. If its Presbyterian USA, I would run away as fast as possible. They are liberal and deny Jesus is God. Don't go there.
If they are PCA (Presbyterian Church of America) then they are likely sound in doctrine. For me, I would only consider PCA, but there maybe another sound denomination of Presbyterian that I don't know about.

The Orthodox Presbyterians are an option.

Personally, I could not attend a church that practices infant baptism.

That is not for me either.

I could have gone with my last church but I'm not sure how I feel about people laying hands on me while speaking in tongues. I just don't believe what I see in the Bible is the same as what we see today in Pentecostal groups. At least not as prevalent as I thought.

But I think I found a nondenominational one and looks pretty down home and real, natural and normal could-be-like-family people so I think I'm into it.

I could attend without a problem
But joining would be another story -
and if they wanted me to teach -
I would let them know, when it came to Baptism -
that I would teach the only Biblical way is immersion.
If they agreed to that, I might consider.

and from post 2 - as far as the PCUSA- depends on the local church
there is expected to be a large split - possibly this year over some of the
    liberal changes some want.

Brother, the PCA has become a quickly declining mixed bag. There are PCA churches that are rock solid and there are some that have strayed into heretical views like the Federal Vision. Others have dived headlong into Critical Race Theory. This is all on top of their views on church polity and the ordinance of baptism. I have many dear, dear friends who are Presbyterian and they are the first to acknowledge the threats their churches face from both external and internal forces. In that sense, they are no different than Baptists.

It's a shame that there are no concise instructions in the NT on HOW to Baptize. Something that has proven to be sooo divisive among Christians you'd think there'd be sound instructions. If I were to want to know how to properly perform a trespass offering, or a burnt offering, or a peace offering, or to build an ark like Moses built, or even one like Noah built, I can find from the scriptures precise instructions on how to do it. But water baptism? Not.

    [add]

15 And when she was baptized, and her household, she besought us, saying, If ye have judged me to be faithful to the Lord, come into my house, and abide there. And she constrained us.
33 And he took them the same hour of the night, and washed their stripes; and was baptized, he and all his, immediately. Acts 16

There is a case to be made that children were included in in some of these baptisms.

Well, we are told Jesus was baptise in the River,
John 3:23 And John also was baptizing in Aenon near to Salim, because there was much water there: and they came, and were baptized. (bold - my empsasis)

Acts 8:38 Philip and the eunuch went down into the water, and Philip baptized him. 39When they came up out of the water,

There are zero accounts of any baby baptism

FTR, I'm firm believer in believer's baptism. I'm also firm believer that God has blessed my entire household because of my commitment to Him, He's proven it over the years. A whole 'household' being baptized into the Christian religion because the head of said household has committed to the faith isn't a hard thing for me to accept. The kids can always satisfy you religionists by being re-baptised later when they come of age.

Do you see an issue with unconverted children taking communion?

When we were kids in the SB we weren't allowed to take communion, same in the PB, kids not allowed unless members. I've no problem with that. That please you? :)

The inconsistency is in your imagination, religionist, so stop scratching.
