    @Van

If you mean Biden sharing responsibility for the riots, Biden has a long history of lies. A few are Biden lied about Trump and downplayed his own racist past.
Biden lied about the tax structure (about the percentage of actual tax paid per economic demographic).
Biden lied about his position leading up to the war in Iraq.
Biden lied about Georgia voting laws.

The level of dishonesty in the DNC led to the riots. Those involved in the riots were sheeple. Trump lied, actually more than Biden if we count outrageous exaggeration. But sheeple cannot see the lies of their masters.

It is far more complicated than that. To this day, the DOJ has refused to reveal how many government agents and/or assets were undercover on site during the riots.

Many have claimed FBI agents and/or informants were present and encouraging the crowd to riot, even engaging in acts of violence themselves.

We do know thousands of hours of video has not been released.

And besides all that, politicians can claim they are victims of voter fraud. Good grief, every dem pres candidate since Gore has claimed they lost because of voter fraud. And still do today.

    peace to you

Well....Gore did invent the internet. And he is the smartest man Jon Bon Jovi ever met.

I agree and believe it is more complicated than that.

People complain about parties using the FBI and DOJ for their agendas, but what if the FBI and DOJ (at some level) is a part of the same problem?

This: "his lies also led to the riots as well".

If the Republicans and the Democrats are no longer to accept the idea that they can lose an election fairly, then I don't see the point to holding elections anymore with those two parties being involved.

Frankly, I am sick and tired of the Republican and Democratic Parties. They sound like a bunch of whining crybabies.

Biden's lies, and the DNC lies, increased the hostility.

There is a principle, falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus. The biblical principle is one who is dishonest with little is dishonest with much.

You have to remember that where you find a political party you will find "sheeple". These will always use lies of their opponents while ignoring lies of their own heros.

I am referring to the lies Biden and the DNC told during the election. I suppose the most relevant are those combating Trump.

I realize that this is normal, and that Trump did the same.

But the sheeple never see a fault in their shepherds.

To make matters worse, the DNC ran with false narratives and applied them to Trump supporters as well.

    The GOP does the same.

Both parties are guilty of contributing to the riots by increasing a political divide between the sheeple and using that for their own political gain.

So you had (and have) two opposing groups of sheeple. One believes Trump never lied. The other that Biden never lied. These are the groups that can be used as tools by both parties for political gain.

I'm glad that I rejected being restricted to just the two major parties way back in 1980.

Right. Every election has about 40% of the opposition claiming fraud. The public does not trust the system to be fair.

These indictments add to that distrust. The prosecutor said DT knew he lost and lied about it. Forget for a moment the absurdity of claiming to know what DT knew and believed. He is charging a politician for lying!!!!!

This is straight up one of the most frightening days in the history of this country.

    peace to you

Former VP Pence issued a strong statement against DT being in the race. He did not address the indictment, but made a good argument these indictments distract from Biden corruption and policy failures.

He also claimed DT ask him to choose between the constitution and DT’s career.

Pence is correct on all points. I like him in the primaries. Pence is way behind the leaders. DeSantis seems to be struggling and losing ground. Looks like Iowa could make a big impact this cycle.

Just imagine, JFK Jr and Pence win Iowa. What a hoot.

    peace to you

The arrogance here doesn’t sit well with me.

& did you know……this was changed in 2022, prior to Pence announcing. They’re covering everything, like cats in a litter box to frame/keep Trump from being on the ballot. I wouldn’t vote for Pence for any elected position. Don’t trust or believe him about anything anymore. When any repub is getting help, or being propped up, you know you’re getting conned by the controllers.

    1) Not sure which of my many posts in in view.
    2) Comparing Mr. Biden's lack of honest with Mr. Trump's mistaken views is apples to oranges.
    3) Obviously, the Biden administration is manufacturing charges, one after the other, to hinder Mr. Trump's campaign for President and shift the media focus away from the Biden Crime Family.

The question we need to ask is how many professing Christians who voted for Mr. Biden realize they made a dreadful error. My answer is almost none of them.

How many voters realize "Socialism" is just a euphemism for "Government Tyranny?" I heard on the radio, "The difference between Socialism and Capitalism is Capitalism works."

How many voters realize "Gender Care" is just a euphemism for "lifelong abortion?"

Your posts were not in view (except when you asked me what I was referencing). The post was to Wingman.

I don't see how comparing the dishonesty of Trump to the dishonesty of Biden is comparing apples to oranges. Both lied for their own self interest.

IMHO lying to people to get their vote is voter fraud. We have just come to accept it as normal.

We cannot know. So to rely on your answer is a fallacy.

I'm sure the sheeple on both sides do not regret their support. But we cannot compare "most" to the sheeple on either side.

Pence rightly understood his constitutional authority did not include the ability to disregard the State legislatures certification of election results and sending electors to congress.

Even VP Biden understood his authority in this process and refused to act in 2016 though members of his own party attempted to get him to exercise authority he didn’t have under the constitution.

Unfortunately, some still maintain he did have that authority so the congress acted to ensure such actions would not be taken in the future by someone who didn’t understand the constitution.

You should be thankful. Had Pence not followed the constitution Jan 6, you can be sure no dem or gop VP would ever again follow the constitution when accepting the State’s electors.

    peace to you
