People struggling with weight spiritual and physical

If people knew the power of fasting and prayer together, they would do it all the time.

Fasting gives real power to prayer, that’s why miracles are common and the veil between the physical and spiritual world is lifting.
Self denial is the first step into the spiritual reality, it gives us greater capacity for grace.
Don’t torture self, starve it to death, crucify it. Jesus takes over more and more.

Don’t give self aid or comfort and don’t enable it, go without, sacrifice. Do not wallow in vices, entertainments and distractions of this world. Do the opposite of the world.

Deny your will, deny sleep, deny food, have cold showers, suffer patiently, do what you would rather not do, do it cheerfully.
Self denial is The great adventure with Jesus into the spiritual world.

The earthbound do what they like, when they like, get a great nights sleep, stuff their faces daily with finest foods, indulge in every entertainment and comfort. Their life is patterned after this, a “ lifestyle “, that it becomes a wallow.

The door to the spiritual is in self denial, it is the narrow way that few take, they never see one spiritual reality, for many it’s only theoretical.

Be brave take Jesus invitation, trust Him and deny yourself.

 

Self denial is a desert we are drawn into. Taken away into a dry barren wilderness.
It is in this wilderness that the spiritual realities appear good and bad.

The dark is unveiled by self denial and does not like a soul seeing it. It is best disguised by worldly distractions and self indulgence.

Don’t be afraid, Jesus is with you. You will see many things that were hidden, but you are not there out of curiosity, remain on the purpose you began with. Do not be tempted by distraction and fascination.
We are following Jesus, do not enter the spiritual without Jesus, don’t chase after experiences like new age fools do. Jesus is our guide, fix your eyes on Jesus.

“ Without me, you can do nothing “

Do not be put off or give up but remain on the original purpose to take Jesus invitation to follow and deny self. The dark throws out every distraction, it offers you everything to give up and to not crucify self, to not follow Jesus, to not carry your cross.
Discouragement is what dark tries first, failing that it desperately tries to pay you off, failing that it rages against you. It’s face of malice is then fully exposed as it loses.
Self denial is in the Light, self indulgence is in the dark. The dark is greatly disturbed by self denial, expect it.

All our sufferings, annoyances, inconveniences and pains have enormous value spiritually because they are opportunities to deny self. Do not rage against them and react like the worldly do, but offer them to Jesus as a living sacrifice of self.

“ It is no longer I that lives, but Christ who lives in me “

Your nasty neighbour, that rude or annoying person at the store, the guy that cuts you off in traffic, all sent by God lovingly for you to deny self. See it, use it, thank God for it.
Those brave few that take the narrow path are also given great consolations, it’s not all toil, Jesus loves us knows our weakness. Those moments He gives us sight of His Holy Face and fills our heart to bursting. We are no longer strained or afflicted but filled with His love, strength and peace. It’s an eternity in a moment.

We have to truly trust and love Jesus to seriously take His invitation to deny self, take up our cross and follow Him.

 

Kneeling in prayer helps us fill up on grace. To humble ourself, by kneeling, by fasting, by self denial, Grace takes us much more easily.

We are a much more faithful, and effective servant of The Lord, self put under His feet.
Lord Jesus does His works in and through us and there is no rebellion of appetites, no more disordered desires, only Jesus peaceful discipline Order and timing and above all simplicity.

The Peace comes with the simplicity, self is chaos and madness.

Jesus strength manifests as we face circumstances and situations in the humility of self denial, we have a Peace even in darkest grief, a chapel of Joy in us even in sadness.

Self imposes great burdens and plans foolhardy capers, many things we were never meant to carry or carry out.

Self denial helps to reduce ourselves to Jesus simplicity, the spiritual becomes visible when self no longer blocks the way.

 

As we become a sanctuary of the Lord, we become a refuge for many others. Jesus draws them.
As the Lord has free reign in us, His power and provision goes out from us as a river.
The most secure refuge is a spiritual refuge where Jesus gathers many from everywhere.
It’s not a physical refuge that matters, it’s the Presence of Jesus that can make a refuge anywhere.
Great chaos and persecution is coming, this will unify all Christianity as one.

As we enter the jubilee year Christianity will begin to be driven from society in new and savage ways. Nowhere will be safe but in Jesus when we have driven self completely out.
People have tried to attack me physically but only hurt themselves. We have prayed over and touched people and seen them healed and delivered. We were healed before we were sent.

This is Jesus acting and doing, Jesus is using us nobodies only because we hand Him full and complete sovereignty.
We have been taught and shown thousands of times how useless we are of ourselves, but when Jesus acts through us, we have also been shown thousands of times just how perfect He is in every situation.
We can’t fix anything, only Jesus is capable of achieving anything.

When we are nobody, Jesus takes over, it’s not human action taking place anymore it’s Jesus operating. Jesus works with stunning power.

The biggest enemy was always self, not the devil. The devil used and tempted self but if self is gone and only Jesus remains, good luck trying to harm Jesus.

We take a back seat and let Jesus drive and everything is different.
