Due Process

Currently we can find in the Left wing media stories about Democrats saying someone deported to El Salvador should be
returned because he did not receive "due process."

A judge had, in the past, ordered that the person could not be deported to El Salvador because rival gangs might harm him.

The government believes that order was nullified by his designation as a MS 13 gang member, resulting in his classification as a terrorist.

Now if we compare and contrast this due process with one employed by Mr. Obama, we see a very similar "due process."

"On September 30, 2011, a hunting party of US drones found its quarry while flying over the desert in Yemen. They fired Hellfire missiles at the vehicle carrying Anwar al-Awlaki, a New Mexico–born, firebrand cleric, whom the Barack Obama administration accused of being an operational leader of al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula."

I agree to a degree. :)

Certainly the due process due citizens of the USA is not necessarily the same as the due process due to invading terrorists.

And just because someone has a "dry foot" (has reached our soil) does not convey the right to due process due to citizens.

And finally, just because someone reached our soil and has lived as a resident, does not convey the same right to due process as a citizen.

Pray that SCOTUS does not allow those fostering the invasion lacking due process, to then sustain the invasion by now fostering "due process."
