Currently we can find in the Left wing media stories about Democrats saying someone deported to El Salvador should be
returned because he did not receive "due process."
A judge had, in the past, ordered that the person could not be deported to El Salvador because rival gangs might harm him.
The government believes that order was nullified by his designation as a MS 13 gang member, resulting in his classification as a terrorist.
Now if we compare and contrast this due process with one employed by Mr. Obama, we see a very similar "due process."

They fired Hellfire missiles at the vehicle carrying Anwar al-Awlaki, a New Mexico–born, firebrand cleric, whom the Barack Obama administration accused of being an operational leader of al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula."
