It is not surprising that you know nothing. The prophetic meaning of the Bible verses is hidden from you by God.
If God had intended in His word to reveal that an English translation of the bible to be made in 1611 would be a perfect translation, why would He hide it? And why would He hide it from me, and not from you? Why can't you answer my simple question? You wrote: "Scripture speaks of the King James Bible." The Scripture speaks of this "at sundry times, and in diuers manners" (Heb. 1:1). This is a voluminous work. By the way, have you read the work linked in the first post of the topic?

The whole passage says:

1 ¶ God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets,
2 has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds;

So it's comparing the various ways God had spoken to people in Old Testament times with how He now speaks through His Son Jesus Christ. It doesn't say, "God as in these last days spoken to us by the 1611 translation known as the King James Bible."

Yes, I have looked through the link from the first post. It says: "The Scripture calls the Russian Orthodox Church the daughter of Babylon (Jer.50:42)," Yet Jeremiah 50:42 says:

"They shall hold the bow and the lance: they are cruel, and will not shew mercy: their voice shall roar like the sea, and they shall ride upon horses, every one put in array, like a man to the battle, against thee, O daughter of Babylon."

No mention there of the Russian Orthodox Church. It also talks about 2 Messiahs, saying "Messiah ben Joseph will settle in Nazareth and begin His ministry. Moses told the children of Israel: “A Prophet shall the Lord your God raise vp vnto you of your brethren, like vnto me; him shall yee heare in all things whatsoeuer he shal say vnto you.” (Acts.3:22). His ministry, based on many types of Scripture, is described in the work “The Righteous Branch.” The bible says nothing about a second Messiah. Rather, it points to the uniqueness of the one Messiah, Jesus Christ:

Ac 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Also, the link doesn't say anything about the bible mentioning the KJB.

You read and perceive the Bible as "the word of men" (1 Thess. 2:13), and not as "a more sure word of prophecie" (2 Peter 1:19), "(as it is in trueth) the word of God".

I most certainly do not. It just isn't right for you to make such an unfounded allegation. I do not read or perceive the bible as the word of men. It is the inspired and inerrant word of almighty God. Please don't accuse me falsely of believing it to be the word of man. From your posts, you seem to believe that the bible mentions things that it doesn't, such as the 1611 KJB, and the Russian Orthodox Church. (I am not accusing you, just saying that your posts give me that impression.) When I ask you to tell me where the bible mentions the 1611 King James translation, or the Russian Orthodox Church, you reply by accusing me of not believing the bible to be the word of God.

In view of possible misunderstanding, instead of just saying, "The Scriptures speak about the United States/The Russian Orthodox Church/The 1611 KJB", it would be far more helpful if you said where the Scriptures speak about such things. The Scriptures don't mention the USA, Great Britain, The Russian Orthodox Church or The 1611 KJB by name, so I assume you mean that you believe certain passages refer to those things. You need to tell us why you believe that to be so. Otherwise, the rest of us can have no idea what you are referring to. Thanks.

Also, what you have posted in no way answers my post to which you were replying.

Well I have looked at your link, and the very first words say: "In the sixth chapter of the book of Ezra, Scripture tells us the history of the appearance of the King James Bible. Scripture says that King James of England not only agreed to do this work, but also financed all the expences of this work "out of the kings house"." The link then quotes Ezra 6:3, which says:

"In the first yeere of Cyrus the king, the same Cyrus the king made a decree concerning the house of God at Ierusalem: Let the house be builded, the place where they offered sacrifices, and let the foundations thereof of be strongly laid, the height therof threescore cubits, and the breadth thereof threescore cubites" (Ezra.6:3) (KJV1611AV)

That verse is about King Cyrus, not King James. It's about the rebuilding of the temple in Jerusalem, not translating God's word into 17th Century English. It then says: "Height and width indicate to us the "volume" of the Book. threescore cubits and threescore cubits, prophetically, that's 66 books." As threescore is 60, how can threescore and threescore make 66? It continues similarly.

Unless you are willing to relay some of that information, it is not worth the trouble to discuss.

Height and width indicate to us the "volume" of the Book. threescore cubits and threescore cubits, prophetically, that's 66 books. The Old Testament consists of three large sections: the Law, the Prophets and the Psalms. Separate from them is the New Testament. Jesus Himself called us three sections of the Old Testament:

"And hee said vnto them, These are the words which I spake vnto you, while I was yet with you, þt all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the Law of Moses, & in the Prophets, and in the Psalmes concerning me" (Luke.24:44)

Notice how Scripture speaks prophetically about this construction of the Bible:

"With three rowes of great stones, and a row of new timber: and let the expences bee giuen out of the kings house" (Ezra.6:4)

The Old Testament is "three rowes of great stones", and the New Testament is "a row of new timber".

And so, unexpectedly for myself, I found a parallel place (1Kings.6:36). We will look at the last two paragraphs of the sixth chapter of 1 Kings. Solomon "built the inner Court..."

"¶ And hee built the inner Court with three rowes of hewed stone, and a row of Cedar beames."
(1Kings.6:36)

Here again we are talking about the construction of the Bible, its structure. We are figuratively shown the Old Testament, consisting of three large sections, and the New Testament separate from them. But further, in the next paragraph, Scripture gives us two important dates.

The first date shows us the start of work on the King James Bible. The month and year when "was the foundation" laid were named.

The second date (month and year) denotes the completion of this work: the translation into English of all the books of the Bible, the preparation of the manuscript for printing, and the printing of the first editions. It is said: "was the house finished throughout all the parts therof, and according to all the fashion of it". This work continued for seven years.

"¶ In the fourth yeere was the foundation of the house of the Lord layd, in the moneth Zif.

And in the eleuenth yeere in the moneth Bul (which is the eight moneth) was the house finished throughout all the parts therof, and according to all the fashion of it: So was he seuen yeeres in building it."
(1Kings.6:37-38)

So, in February 1604, work began on the King James Bible. It is said: "in the moneth Zif, which is the second moneth" (1Kings.6:1). In August 1611, the King James Version of the Bible was completed.

In the 1612 edition of the King James Bible, a final correction was made, namely, in the book of Ruth, the pronoun "he" was replaced with the pronoun "she" (Ruth.3:15). With this correction, it was reprinted in a small format with a Latin script. The year and month of this edition are given to us in the sixth chapter of the book of Ezra.

"And this honse was finished on the third day of the month Adar, which was in the sixt yere of the reigne of Darius the king." (Ezra.6:15)

"the third day" means the third month - March. The month of Adar is the twelfth month in the Hebrew calendar, so the month of Adar signifies the 12th year; "the sixt year" means six centuries.

So, seven months have passed since the first edition of the King James Bible was published. In March 1612, the construction of the "house of God" was fully completed.

This small-format edition of the Bible was intended for ordinary people. More details about this are written in the work "The Bible of the King".

The decree of Cyrus was concerning the physical temple in Jerusalem. It is called out specifically as being the place where sacrifices are offered. I know of no sacrifices that were made after or because of the translation.
Height and width indicate to us the "volume" of the Book. threescore cubits and threescore cubits, prophetically, that's 66 books. The Old Testament consists of three large sections: the Law, the Prophets and the Psalms. Separate from them is the New Testament. Jesus Himself called us three sections of the Old Testament:
Three score is 60 so if you add them together it’s 120.
I do understand that Jesus called out the three sections but He would not have referred to the large section of books of the Kings (or any of the books of History) because they specifically were the history of Israel and not the prophecy.
A whole Scripture view of these passages certainly wouldn’t leave those books out when they were included in the 1611 and are legitimately Scripture (unlike the apocryphal books)

While I can see interesting parallels between this and the covenants of the OT and the NT (the Law written on and represented by stone, and the new covenant established and represented in a timber cross)
This was literally the way that Ezra built the temple.

This should not be a surprise because Solomon’s temple was the first and Ezra’s was the second. There was not a new pattern made for the temple. It would have to be the same for both.
If Herods temple were to be built correctly it would have to have been built with the same pattern. But his was built between the Testaments in the silent years.

While I again see parallels as they are laid out in this post, it is not a translation that we rely on for salvation.
I don’t think that the 1611 is a hill to die on. If you are persuaded that you should use it by all means do. But don’t let it get in the way of Christ’s command to preach the gospel. The gospel is not a translation of the written word. The Gospel is the good news of the Word made flesh.
