Yes all of scripture teaches we are given the Righteousness of God by the blood of the Lamb.Romans 4:9, 4:11,
Noone denies that VanWe are made the righteousness of God in Him by the washing of regeneration, by the precious blood of the Lamb.
I think I understand you but I couldn’t be sure. I can see as I read that you are upset with people who are talking to you. If you continue to ask the same questions and double down on your statement, I will continue to misunderstand your intentions.I asked a question to answer, did YOU explain how Christ as a "made sinner" was just. Did I say Christ was a made sinner? Nope, That was your position, not mine.
Here is the simple answer to the question you seem incapable of even grasping! Jesus could not have just, if He sacrificed His life as a "made sinner!" Therefore that translation is erroneous nonsense. Jesus, who knew no sin, was treated as sin on our behalf.
What we have here is a non-denial denial...Noone denies that Van
VanWhat we have here is a non-denial denial...
What they falsely claim is we are made the righteousness of God by imputation and not by the blood of the Lamb.
Note the title of the thread...
You can copy and paste these Calvinist fictions till the cows come home, we are not made the righteousness of God by imputation. We are made the righteousness of God by the blood of Jesus.Van
Imputation is a declaration by God. It is God Himself who declares us righteous.
This act results from mans response to the Gospel call according to scripture. Its is the Spirit who works in our hearts enabling us to cry out to God for salvation and mercy
VanYou can copy and paste these Calvinist fictions till the cows come home, we are not made the righteousness of God by imputation. We are made the righteousness of God by the blood of Jesus.
we are not made the righteousness of God by imputation.
Yet another post of gibberish, avoiding the issue that we did not become the righteousness of God by imputation.Folks, don't listen to people such as Van and their rants against the gospel.
Romans 4:6
Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works.

We are declared to be righteous by God
Righteousness is imputes by faith
we are not made the righteousness of God by imputation.
Yet another post of gibberish, running away from truth. avoiding the issue that we did not become the righteousness of God by imputation.Another rant against the gospel by Van.
Folks, seriously, do not follow after Van and his false teaching on the vitally important subject of standing before God clothed with the perfect righteousness of the Lord Jesus Christ as the Surety for His people, God's elect.

The washing results in us being declared righteousI do not believe any of these naysayers even know that the righteousness of God refers to Christ being without sin, and we also become without sin, by the washing of regeneration in Him.
The washing of regeneration is not imputation.
Thanks for that little bit of clarification.Ben asks for an explanation a 5 year old can understand. I understand personal incredulity is a fallacious argument.
Here is my guess at the question Ben claims not to understand: "Explain how Christ as a "made sinner was just.?"
Ben says he does not understand the question, perhaps because of the grammar.
Explain asks Ben to tell me how Christ, as a made sinner could be just.
First we start with Christ sacrificing His life, the just (Christ) for the unjust (fallen humanity).
Fallen humanity can not be considered just as we were "made sinners" thus unjust.
Christ can not be considered just if He too was a made sinner.
Therefore no one with a rational mind can explain the false claim Christ was made a sinner, what many mistranslations of 2 Corinthians 5:21 say.
The correct translation would read, God treated Christ as sin on our behalf.
LOL, now we have the we were declared righteous after we were made the righteousness of God by the washing of regeneration. I kid you not...The washing results in us being declared righteous
