That is what you see in scripture, that Christ death doesn't save anyone. See I believe that Christ death/Blood saved them He died for and so they are given faith in His Blood Rom 3:25
Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
But you obviously don't have faith in Christ blood since you don't see where it saved anyone.
BF the fact that you twist the word of God does not make your version true.
Propitiation does not mean that we are forgiven but that the wrath of an offended one, God, has been turned away. We see this here and also 1Jn_4:10 and Rom_3:25
The wrath turned away is the wrath of God;
The person making the propitiation is Christ;
The propitiating offering or sacrifice is his blood.
Rom 3:21 But now apart from the Law the righteousness of God has been manifested, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets,
Rom 3:22
even the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all those who believe; for there is no distinction;
Rom 3:23
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
Rom 3:24
being justified as a gift by His grace through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus;
Rom 3:25
whom God displayed publicly as a propitiation in His blood through faith. This was to demonstrate His righteousness,
because in the forbearance of God He passed over the sins previously committed;
Rom 3:26 for the demonstration, I say, of His righteousness at the present time, so that
He would be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.
Christ Jesus was the propitiation {the atoning sacrifice that turns away wrath} through His blood.
We are not saved at the cross BF we are saved by faith in the risen Christ.
