Who is in Charge of Worship

I have been a member of some 20+ churches (due to my being in the military and constantly moving ) virtually all have only had one pastor - no elders. Most churches only had a Music director - not a so called "worship pastor"

    Predestination is a Beautiful Doctrine.

John 3:16 - “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” – John 3:16 Pre-destination to me seems similar to a Marionette

Fed reduced the interest rate by 0.25% Will this encourage you to make a major purchase such as a car or a house?

Who is in Charge of Worship

The point I am making is that by referring to the Music director as the Worship director is inappropriate. Worship is the ENTIRE service - NOT just the music.
