Japan may be facing a shortage of pastors

Thanks for dropping out, but remember Paul says; “Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.” 2 Timothy 4:2 (KJV 1900)

    Jack Chick Publications a Fraud?

The Papal Antichrist still controls the minds of many Evangelicals, Baptists the fringe groups that popped up since the 1800s, calling themselves Christian. It depends on how much study believers are willing to invest to see the hold Catholicism has even over themselves.

    Jack Chick Publications a Fraud?

It's sad that many have to learn about the wicked Catholic Church from comic books. It shows how far the churches have sunk into apostasy.

The reason I don't read the Bible that much.

I have read it cover to cover (KJV) every year for many years now. Some passages are hard to understand unless you are equipped with several translations and commentaries. But I'm far happier doing so than when I skip out. “And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live...

Japan may be facing a shortage of pastors

Dispensationalism along with Pentecostalism is the false prophecy of today. Here's Hal Lindsey speaking for your camp. Says Lindsey; "The prophecies can be pieced together to make a coherent picture, even though the pieces are scattered in small bits throughout the Old and New Testaments. Hal...

Japan may be facing a shortage of pastors

I'll let you hide where you want but you shouldn't need to if you know the truth.

Japan may be facing a shortage of pastors

I'm proving that you do not understand that None of God's elect will fall short of salvation. I see this as a good thing if you consider how deceived most pastors are today.

Japan may be facing a shortage of pastors

You have too many manmade Catholic-inspired doctrines to see the plain teaching of Amillennialism. This is what Jesus taught. Also the Apostles. It gets worse, not better. Read the whole passage. “And will not God give justice to his elect, who cry to him day and night? Will he delay long over...

Japan may be facing a shortage of pastors

Jesus said things will dry up, no faith on earth, much like today. If the elect were there, the right people would be there. He said all that the Father gives to him will come to him.

Japan may be facing a shortage of pastors

I think if God wanted pastors there they would be there. Remember Christ asked if there would be faith on earth when he returned.

New Heaven New Earth...different than you have heard.

“Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: And the heavens are the work of thy hands. They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: Yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; As a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed:” Psalm 102:25–26 (KJV 1900)

The Poll about the Death Penalty -

All I see from you are denials of Jesus' teaching in the Sermon on the Mount. This is basic Christianity you reject.

The Poll about the Death Penalty -

Read the Sermon on the mount. Christ outlines Christian conduct. Matthew calls it the doctrine of Christ near the end. John says if any do not have the doctrine of Christ, they do not have God.

The Poll about the Death Penalty -

    So it wasn't important?

The Poll about the Death Penalty -

What was Jesus's reaction? Excuses, excuses for sin.
  16. 1689Dave

The Poll about the Death Penalty -

You are making excuses for not following Christ the way he orders us to.

The Poll about the Death Penalty -

But you are not placing Christ first the way Abraham did when he offered up Isaac. He demands you love him more than your own life and all it entails.

The Poll about the Death Penalty -

Paul says it's better to die. How can you as a believer not think so. Do you love this world that much?
  19. 1689Dave

The Poll about the Death Penalty -

It's a sin if you use violence to do so. Jesus taught against it and none practiced violent self-defense in the NT.

The Poll about the Death Penalty -

I'm speaking of mature Christians upholding Christ's teaching with their life if necessary. Most are nowhere near that level of discipleship.
