Depends on the question. There is a reason why we have hundreds of apologetics books and resources out there. Some questions we must look at science to get the answers.

Not me because the Bible teaches a young earth!

For detailed apologetics questions I refer people to Answers in Genesis or I ask for their contact info to look it up and get back with them.

Friendship evangelism? VBS? Not my gifts. The Bible has far more support for contact evangelism. Do not believe me? Read the book evangelism in the NT by Jon Speed.

I am busy reading Ashamed of the Gospel 1993 edition. Jeremiah preached (open air) 40 years without positive responses and had many other problems as a result of his preaching. What I have experienced in Denver is much rejection. But I have not yet been persecuted for my evangelism.

Not always true. One of the reasons WOTM shines. It's not interested in getting people to join a church. Perhaps one reason why most of their tracts lack space to put contact info. WOTM is concerned with people getting saved.

Pragmatism? Sorry I am not. What matters is that it's biblical. Much support for open Air can be found in scripture and in church history. Yet in today's day it may not get much results. But interesting that the method of evangelism God chooses to win the lost in the last days will be open air...

The command is also to preach to every creature. As a former pastor put it some have the gift of discipleship and some have the calling to evangelism.

I need to do more open air preaching this summer. I usually always get a response and a conversation.
