How to get more involved in church

Church is not into contact evangelism so street evangelism, open air preaching, going door to door are not activities they would engage in unfortunately. They do have a nursing home ministry and I have preached before in such environments back in SC however my preaching may be too harsh in such...

True. KJVO/IFB affirm the essentials and are saved. Justification by works is something that Romanism teaches.

The difference between a false teacher and a heretic

Not really. KJV Onlyism is false teaching, yet not heresy since they hold to the essentials of the faith.

The difference between a false teacher and a heretic

There has to be a difference but oftentimes the two are mingled together. I'd say heretics are those that teach anther gospel and or compromise the essential core doctrines of the faith, while a false teacher may just teach a false view on something. Remarriage: A Healing Gift of God?

Mods you may shut down this thread as it has turned into an attack on me. I am not sharing the details of the abuse with these people who think they know everything, but in reality know nothing.

Remarriage: A Healing Gift of God?

I agree and why I will not tell these people the nature of the abuse that I experienced so a certain poster who has an agenda to attack me won't know if it was dangerous or not. He thinks he knows the details, but he knows nothing.
