Will you Supprt Inclusive Language 2020 Nasb?

You are absolutely wrong , as usual. And your constant use of exclamation marks for just about anything you say does not add any more weight to your nonsense claims.

As far as translations go, the NASB reads the same as the NIV. NLT : They are highly respected among the apostles. ESV, EB, NET : They are well known among the apostles. CEB, GW, ISV, NABRE : They are prominent among the apostles. CSB : They are noteworthy among the apostles.

Why is the New International Version Bible translation so popular? What are your thoughts on that?

Why is the New International Version Bible translation so popular? What are your thoughts on that?

I wouldn't use the word "divulged." You make it sound like it was a well-kept secret that was recently unearthed. In the 1990s Kenneth Bark publish a book about the NIV. I forget the title. Then, in 2003 one of favorite books "The Challenge Of Bible Translation" came out. There was a chapter...

"of the Holy Spirit." I thought you'd come up with something unique about certain texts. The rendering here is common among just about all English translations. I have the impression that you have nothing against the NIV in a singular fashion, but against Christian orthodoxy.

    NIV vs. ESV, Part 2

Esther 1:8 ESV : And drinking was according to this edict: 'There is no compulsion.' NIV : By the king's command each guest was allowed to drink with no restrictions 2:10 ESV : Esther had not made known her people NIV : Esther had not revealed her nationality 3:4 ESV : to see whether...

Will you Supprt Inclusive Language 2020 Nasb?

Hebrews 2 and Psalm 8 has nothing to do with inclusive or exclusive language, singulars or plurals I have absolutely no idea what the above means.

KJV vs. NKJV: which do you prefer?

I believe that the NIV is the best all-round Bible translation, and I have good company because the international community agrees with me. Well, versions you have trashed such as the CSB and NLT you haven't given a chance. It's just your reflex action coming into play. It is miniscule...

Will you Supprt Inclusive Language 2020 Nasb?

Oh no! Translations dare to have the term "brothers and sisters" in the text! Those feminists are behind all of this. I knew it. The next step will be that God will be referred to as a woman. My friends in our conspiracy make gigantic leaps of irrationality like this all the time. It's our prime...

    NIV vs. ESV, Part 2

From the book of Nehemiah : 5:5 ESV : our flesh is as the flesh of our brothers NIV : we are of the same flesh and blood as our fellow Jews 5:7 ESV : I took counsel with myself NIV : I pondered them in my mind 5:9 ESV : Ought you not to walk in the fear of our God NIV : Shouldn't you walk in...

Will you Supprt Inclusive Language 2020 Nasb?

I would conjecture that the new NASB (whatever it may be called) will not have as much inclusive language as the CSB or the NIV. Those two are about neck-to-neck in that department. The new NASB isn't going to be dramatically different when we see the final product. Of course, when the NKJV was...

KJV vs. NKJV: which do you prefer?

This is a little off-subject, but this morning during adult Sunday School with about 70 attending, a question was asked by the teacher. "Does anyone have a King James Bible?" He wanted to see what the rendering was for a particular verse in that version. No one raised their hand. It had to be...

Will you Supprt Inclusive Language 2020 Nasb?

I am against gender neutral language period. Gender neutrality is a myth. It doesn't exist in a translation.
