What does Amillennialism /Postmillenial offer compared to what premillenialism offers?

Can you explain how "This is my Body" is a metaphor? Matthew 26:26 While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying, "Take and eat; this is my body." I just read a whole argument against that being a metaphor, Even Martin...

I didn't explain well enough, It wasn't a flip of the switch. It was almost a two year journey of talking to people, reading, ect. But watching the debates is what eased my confusion on the matter.

But shouldn't we interpret the Bible spiritually instead of literally?

And where do you get that assessment from? What coming is imminent? The second coming? or the "rapture" Plus I dont understand that, If you hold to a complete view of amillennialism, then you believe Jesus's coming is the day of Judgment, No second chance, unlike your view. You could also...

But shouldn't we interpret the Bible spiritually instead of literally?

Rev 20 7And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, 8And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. Who is satan deceiving...

But shouldn't we interpret the Bible spiritually instead of literally?

Because we think the white horse is symbolic? Jesus's rightful honor and glory does not depend on him riding a literal white horse. We believe he is sitting on the Throne of David now, Reigning in his kingdom (the Church) Until the day of Judgment. Millennialists are waiting for his reign...

But shouldn't we interpret the Bible spiritually instead of literally?

That was just a robycop3 response. I enjoy his replies. Do you know how AT Robertson explained it? If the repetitiveness was clear literalness, why was he so mistaken? When I came on here, I had no position on the Millennium. I always was a PreMill because it was the only thing I have ever...

But shouldn't we interpret the Bible spiritually instead of literally?

Im not mocking anything. If he did, [Mockery edited] Its not mockery. You said you have no patience for preterism and do not think to highly of it, but when I said something about the literalness of a verse, i'm mocking it? Yes white horses are very nice, nobody said it wasn't normal.

And Rev 2 26To the one who is victorious and does my will to the end, I will give authority over the nations— 27that one ‘will rule them with an iron scepter and will dash them to pieces like pottery’b —just as I have received authority from my Father.

    "Allegorical" and "Spiritual" Hermeneutics

Yes, I get that, but being Amill, we do not believe the 1000 years is a literal 1000 years But does it make the 1000 actually 1000 years (exactly 999 years plus 1), not just a long period of time.

    "Allegorical" and "Spiritual" Hermeneutics

Yes, but does it have to imply a literal 1000 years?
