After the final and supreme sacrifice of the Son there was no longer any validity in further sacrifices or, for that matter, any other obligation under the Old Covenant. Yes, many Jews continued observing rites, feasts and sacrifices of the Old Covenant, but mostly from ignorance or obstinence, the latter increasing as the former declined.

Paul was speaking of salvation in no distinction between the Jew and Gentile.

There are so many distinctions and favors given to the nation of Israel that no man can count them.

All of it comes from God keeping his promises to faithful Abraham, the father of His chosen people.

Israel in no way deserves these many blessings, but they will be exalted over every nation in the world for 1000 years.

All nations will come to Israel to worship the Lord and they will have to go through the Jews to do it.

Zechariah 8:20-23

"Thus saith the Lord of hosts; It shall yet come to pass, that there shall come people, and the inhabitants of many cities:

And the inhabitants of one city shall go to another, saying, Let us go speedily to pray before the Lord, and to seek the Lord of hosts: I will go also.

Yea, many people and strong nations shall come to seek the Lord of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before the Lord.

Thus saith the Lord of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you."
