into a good olive tree:

be grafted into their own olive tree?

Pray that unsaved Jews can be grafted back in again.
And praise God that we Gentiles were grafted in contrary to nature.

and that whosoever: Jew or Gentile, that believes in Christ

Praise God, that though He divorced Israel and had Judah taken captive (along with divorced Israel earlier), He has not cast them away.

Praise God that He has given us
the comfort which gives encouragement
to hold on to our hope.


God confirms His promise by an oath.
His sure promise is steadfast: he will not change it.

Two things to rely on:

Jesus gave us access to the presence of God.
Jesus is our high priest forever.

mediator of a better covenant,
which was established upon better promises.

Praise God that Christ continues to minister to us who participate in a better covenant.

I am here for a blessing and got several today reading here:

How much more shall the blood of Christ,
who through the eternal Spirit
offered himself without spot to God,
purge your conscience
from dead works
to serve the living God?
And for this cause
he is the mediator
of the new testament,
that by means of death,
for the redemption of the transgressions
that were under the first testament,
they which are called
might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.
Hebrews 9:14-15

Praise God that those under the first testament are redeemed from their transgressions as we are under the second testament.

and a kingdom
that all people,
nations,
and languages,
should serve him:
his dominion is an everlasting dominion,

and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.
