A judge rules Trump may have incited violence … and Trump again has his own mouth to blame

The Preamble is not really the charter of law, but the reason for such. If not so, do you know of a case in which the SP made its ruling citing only the Preamble?

Nevertheless, I will share one of my old comic routines and quote the "Pre-Scramble."

We the people of the Untied States, unionizing to order a more perfected form, establish just this, tranquilize domestic insurance, divide the common provisions, demote the general farewells, and obscure the blastings of giblitry to ourselves and our posteriors, do disdain and enrubbish this constipation for the Untied States of Anemia.

In order to believe this, you'll have to equivocate "get him out of here" to a call for violence. It's a stretch, and I don't have much sympathy for these "protesters" - they go into a political rally just to heckle and disrupt the speaker then get thrown out and claim all these injuries when they put themselves into that position in the first place.

So these extremist revolutionaries show up with the intent to provoke reactions and the shop around for judges to take their case and rule in their favor.
