I make sure ALL of us know how to change the oil. When my husband was on crutches for trying to remove his baby toe from his foot (the bone held out OK - but the skin gave in so he had to have the bone put back inside), I had to change the flat tires on his car (two of them!). No problem here. When I had 4 c-sections and numerous other surgeries guess who cooked dinner and cleaned?

My kids will all know how to change the oil, change the tires, fix a light, do the laundry, cook a meal, balance a checkbook and do basic carpentry. I'm sure the women in the Bible didn't leave the donkey's hooves just to the men! LOL
No, but we do know Bathsheba bathed on her roof top and she also knew David was at home in the palace. He wasn't up there trimming donkey's hooves either.

Hmmm- Can you show me two verses?

#1 - The verse that says that Bathsheba bathed on her roof top.
#2 - The verse that shows that she knew that David was home at the palace.

Thanks!

It wouldn't be you could ever be caught with all that green goop on your face trying to stay young looking either:type:

No need for green goop here (never used the stuff EVER). I'm just naturally young looking. :D (actually, I'm not kidding - I'm so low maintenance with skin care yet I was just mistaken the other day for being in my 20s). But even if someone came over right now with me in my sweats and my "lumberjack" (an ugly fleece shirt that I use at home), I'm still not ashamed to let them in and offer them some coffee and cookies. :) People don't come for a spotless house or a woman in heels and pearls - but for the fellowship. I hope no one ever feels a lack of hospitality here because I put my house over people.
