Hmmm....I was just there and it said you joined July 31, 2024, are an active member, and was seen two minutes ago.

Why do you think you were banned and for what reason?
Reason given (without warning mind you or anyone talking to me about anything) - "You have been banned for the following reason: You have been permanently banned due to flaming issues and anti Catholic attacks."

The poem does sound highly critical of SOMEONE - I just didn't know who.

The reason I checked is because when people come here and tell us that they just got banned from somewhere else, we like to know why.

Sure, no problemo. Well, it is a poem, and since it is such, art is somewhat subjective, and personal to each who comes to view it, as a painting on a wall, a structure in a yard, music flitting through the air, &c. Do you find it personally offensive, and if so, would you mind sharing why?

No, I was not personally offended.

I just took it to mean that you were blasting someone's denomination.

Actually that poem could fit any number of religious systems, not all of them related to Christ Jesus, but it does have something to be sure that is specific to at least one. Yet, even when that poem is read to target a specific religious system, is it so over the top that it would require a ban, or even mod mediation? I have seen far worse epithets in confrontational posts in several forums that are way more egregious than that poem. Perhaps they were offended that they did not understand the mystery behind it? Who knows. It is in arbitration, but I doubt to have fair hearing.

Arbitration failed as I knew it would. They are a catholic site, and do not appreciate being told they are wrong. I guess they shouldn't have a public website then. Oh well. Guess I will just join again another day.

The 'arbi-traitor' actually said catholics do not worship Mary, to which I replied:

Catholics 'do not worship Mary'? Have you ever heard of hyper-dulia?

"... the Most August Virgin Mary ... this Divine Mother ... Yet our manner of praying to the Blessed Virgin has something in common with our worship of God, so that the Church even addresses to her the words with which we pray to God: "Have mercy on sinners." ... the heavenly choirs, "above whom the Holy Mother of God is exalted." ...” [LEO XIII - AUGUSTISSIMAE VIRGINIS MARIAE; ENCYCLICAL OF POPE LEO XIII; ON THE CONFRATERNITY OF THE HOLY ROSARY] - Augustissimae Virginis Mariae (September 12, 1897) | LEO XIII & On the Confraternity of the Holy Rosary - Papal Encyclicals

I found his comment rather amusing, and quite uninformed.

OK, well there's your answer, brother.

No one appreciates being told that they are wrong, not them, not you, and not me.

There's a way to deal with people who ARE wrong. And that poem was not it.

I have had several Jehovah's Witnesses come to my door and I have encountered many Mormons riding their bikes two by two. I have conversed with Catholics, Pentecostals, Baptists who are in the wrong, and all kinds of people who aren't grasping the truth.

I use scripture to present the truth and try to answer questions. If I have to point out a glaring error, I do so with love and scripture. When the Jehovah's Witnesses at my door try to tell me that Jesus is the Archangel Michael, I politely tell them that this error is not in the Bible and I explain who Jesus really is - with scripture.

I disagree. People tell me I am wrong, all of the time, like now. I do not BAN them. :)

Yeah, I do use scripture, and historical sources (as above), and I get BANNED for it, and then I use other insightful things, as above, to bring them conviction (not by me, but by their own theology and practices). Elijah himself mocked false religion, when they refused to listen, to show them how foolish their methods are, because it cannot save them.

Your opinion is highly subjective. Have you not read the Psalms (poetry), which speaks of idolatry in a stronger case than what I presented? Have you not read Jeremiah's statements about such things? Have you not read the statements of woe given by John the Baptist or Jesus Christ? I could point to many examples in scripture, including the strings of parables in the OT and NT, or even calling the Roman system the Great Whore in Rev. 17 by Jesus, through the Holy Ghost and John.

Do you think that was the first time I have been banned from that site? Do you think I started with that poem? No, that poem was the reaction to being banned because they refused to listen to truth I had already posted. They could not address the scripture, or history, and so I went with something that was neither, but drawn from both. You still do not see the mystery in the poem, do you?

Just so people are aware, I am not anti-Catholic. A catholic is an individual, a person, who needs salvation like anyone on earth (moi aussi). My own family is catholic. I am not against them, but for them. I even read the Bible as oft as I can with them. We have been through Matthew-2 Timothy so far. I am anti-Catholicism. An -ism is a system of belief and practice.

Psa_119:104 Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.
Psa_119:128 Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; and I hate every false way.

Rev_2:6 But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.
Rev_2:15 So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate.

Notice, Jesus did not say he hated the persons, the Nicolaitans, but rather he hated their deeds and doctrines.

I also presented that argument years ago to that corrupt, wicked forum, and they banned me for it, giving the same reason as presented above. That somehow I am claiming to hate persons is their continual strawman, and made-up position about me which is never true. They have to lie to be rid of the truth.

May it never happen here.

This may help.

I am also familiar with that site.
The sight holds a broader membership.

If you had "attacked" the religion of other members then the admins may have taken the poem in that context.

Judging the appropriateness of a post is often subjective.

If, however, you only posted this poem and no other posts addressing other faiths, then I have no idea why they would have banned you.

But welcome to the BB.

It does have a broader membership, but even that membership is highly favorable to catholicism. So long as one is favorable to it, they are accepted. The moment the wicked 'ism' is attacked, you're out.

I am against all false religion, in every forum. I am not merely anti-catholicism.

I will give a for example. In that forum, I posted this in response to a catholic saying they keep the Ten Commandments, I then shared the Traditional Catechetical Formula which leaves out Idolatry, and then posted the following:

Kissing-the-black-Stone-1.jpg

Is this an image of kissing the black stone inside the silver yoni, Idolatry?

The catholic would not respond with a simple yes and avoided the question, knowing that I had a follow up question with an image for him of the pope doing the exact same thing with their own iolds. The mods would not acknowledge this, and like I said are catholic based, even if they are not outwardly in the catholic church. They are theological cowards.

They are even syncretistic. There was a post that claimed that the JEHOVAH Elohiym (LORD God) of the scripture is the same God as that of the Jews (presently) and Muslims. I wrote an entire response. I was partially banned the first time (4 days) saying I am attacking the 'trinity' (which is false in Roman doctrine/def., anyway). I gave definitional details demonstrating the difference. They did not care and I got banned for the 4 days.
