I have been unable to find scripture addressed to the Church telling Christians to pray for the salvation of those we consider lost. Christ set the example:

[Jhn 17:8-9 ESV] 8 For I have given them the words that you gave me, and they have received them and have come to know in truth that I came from you; and they have believed that you sent me. 9 I am praying for them. I am not praying for the world but for those whom you have given me, for they are yours.

Further more, Christians are to separate from Gods' enemies.

2Jo 1:9 KJV - Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.

2Jo 1:10 KJV - If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into [your] house, neither bid him God speed:

1Ti 6:3 KJV - If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, [even] the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;

1Ti 6:4 KJV - He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings,

1Ti 6:5 KJV - Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.

Withdraw thyself, for me, means do not watch them on TV.

Standing by for incoming!! I am willing to be corrected with scripture.

AOC appeared on LOGO TV network as a judge of drag queens.

Never heard of Logo TV. Looked it up on Wikipedia. It started as a LGBT channel in 2005, then in 2012 switched to more general programming. Apparently, only prime time programming is still LGBT.

It is not available among the plethora of channels on my cable nor on my Roku.

Luke 5:32

[Luk 5:32 KJV] 32 I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

Strong's G1342 of those who seem to themselves to be righteous, who pride themselves to be righteous, who pride themselves in their virtues, whether real or imagined

[Rom 3:10 KJV] 10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:

[Rom 3:23 KJV] 23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

I fail to see where Luke 5:32 authorizes Christians to pray for sinners.

Since God wishes all to come to repentance, shouldn’t we pray for them to do so as well?

“The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.” - 2 Peter‬ ‭3:9‬ ‭ESV‬‬

2 Peter 3:9, not unlike many verses, can be slanted to appear to endorse a favored view. However, if taken in context, that favored view is revealed for what it is, a distortion of the true intent.

[2Pe 3:8-9 ESV] 8 But do not overlook this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 9 The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.

God has made a commitment to call His elect (you) to repentance. Not so, Satan's offspring!

What does the Bible say? I think it is pretty clear. In this day and age we cannot just say it is normal or whatever, Satan is on the attack, he smells blood in the water, the time is short. WAKE UP! This is war and we are to be soldiers of our KIng, no time for fence riding. Read your Word, follow it, make it your rule.

I wonder, are you lot as ready to throw stones at nonbelievers for other sins as you are for teh Big Gay.

We hold nonbelievers to different standards than we do other believers, that is Biblical.

I’m sorry... maybe I am misunderstanding. So again, just what are you advocating?

Homosexuality is a favorite sin of many believers because it’s the easiest to get self righteous about. If you aren’t homosexual it takes absolutely no effort to avoid that sin. Great job. I’ve heard sermons preached on this that might effect 0.5% of the congregation. Meanwhile, you probably pews full of divorcees, alcoholics, glutttons, liars and adulterors.
