Here's the post and don't call me Eileen, that's Awoman50:
Pillars:>>Here's my take....
Genesis 1:1 is a preface - The Story of the Beginning of Creation.
Genesis 1:2 documents us the CONDITION OF THE DEEP (empty, null & void) BEFORE anything was created or made.
Genesis 1:3 narrates us the bringing forth of the True Light -- before the work of old.
Genesis 1:4 God divided the Light from the darkness before the start of any creation.
Genesis 1:5 Light Day and Night - the 1st. Day.
IOW, I believe the Scripture documents us that actual formation of the 1st. heaven took place only on the 2nd Day (
Genesis 1:6-8). Our universe were made on the 3rd day - NOT
Genesis 1:1-- as others seems to assume.<<<<<<
Here's my view on the same verses:
Day One
Genesis 1:1-5 25+ Billion years ago, in man’s time
God spoke and created or brought into physical form the air, dust, and water, but death was upon these first creation elements. God moved on the face of the water and said “Let there be Light”, and Jesus came forth from within the Invisible Spirit of God, into the physical world. Jesus has a physical glory or brightness, which is brighter than the noonday sun. God proclaims that Jesus is good, revealing that Jesus is perfect, since He is God in the physical. Jesus will overcome the darkness or death, which is upon the first physical elements, and in six days He will make a perfect, physical, Heaven, which will be eternal.
As you should be able to see, we are
NOT the same person. Pillars lives in the Philippines and has a copy of some of the things I wrote many years ago.As usual, you have falsely accused me of being a woman and a man. What next will come from your fevered brow, ole fantasy spreader?
