I'm not sure what you see, Jon, but I see that Timothy was ordained a minister in that passage above.
How about here, below?
" I charge [thee] therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
2 preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4 and they shall turn away [their] ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
5 But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry." ( 2 Timothy 4:1-5 ).
To me, it appears that he was an ordained minister to the church at Ephesus ( 1 Timothy 1:3 );
So, both elder and pastor...or at least a pastor...until he became elder ( as opposed to younger ).

I was speaking about elders/ pastors (or "overseers").
I never said pastors were not mentioned by name, just asked for a list. That said, I do not believe Timothy was a pastor. He may have been, but I do not know that he was.

Martyn Lloyd-Jones warned of the danger of "being satisfied with something very much less than what’s offered in the Scripture, and the danger of interpreting Scripture by our experiences and reducing its teaching to the level of what we know and experience."7 When our experience doesn’t match what Scripture appears to offer, the worst thing we can do is interpret the passage in such a way as to bring it down to the level of our experience, thereby subtly vindicating ourselves. Instead, we should ask God to raise our experience to the level of the passage, saving us from downsizing the magnitude of the offer He makes.
A question posed by the angelic guide to Ezekiel is the one we need to start with as well: "Son of man, have you seen this?" (Ezekiel 47:6). God was telling Ezekiel, "Have your eyes feasted upon the sight before you and have your memory banks stored it all away? For the day is coming when all this will not seem very real to you."
Likewise, the starting point for us is never what feels or seems most real, but what is most real according to the divine plan and provisions of God. And what is most real is that we’re permanently inflooded with a divine abundance flowing continuously to more than meet our needs and to water the depths of our thirsty souls. Whether or not it seems or feels like it, we’re permanently "blessed … with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ" (Ephesians 1:3). Child of God, have you seen this?

We have NO record in history period of a female in spiritual leadership in the local churches of time of NT!

You would disqualify even the very first generation of bishops....... Too Catholic.
The Bishops would be the same as the local church pastors!
This contradicts the historical record left by the Early Church. Bishops were overseers of many churches where there were already pastors. You can't ignore history.
