Are we at war with CHINA?

Been at economic war since Trump became Prez, as was us surrendering to China before that time!
Yes. Right now we are not shooting at each other, but economically, militarily, and informationally China is at war with us. Finally we are starting to realize that and we need to respond in kind.
dont know that it will be a shooting war apart from bio-bombs similar to COVID-19 when they want to change our behavior. ITS CALLED GLOBAL EUGENICS.
But yes it could break own to a conventional war, may the LORD have mercy.

The fact is that Communist China has always been politically antagonistic toward the West. They have always been America’s enemy, we’ve just been too busy being stupid, gullible, and greedy to confront it. Those in office cannot not know this, they just haven’t cared. Those in business cannot not know this, they just haven’t cared.
Until the citizenry wakes up to the fact enough to demand a proper course of action in dealing with this enemy, the rich and powerful won’t care. They probably won’t care even if they do something about it, but maybe they will still do something about it. Maybe.

Agreed except I differ on Russia. I think Russia fears China and is ever so slowly making alliances with the West.
Mark my words, the shooting will start when China invades Taiwan to get back their "renegade" province. They have built up their military forces massively, (most recently their Navy), and I for one believe that at some point they will use it with Taiwan being the most likely target.
So when that happens, how will we respond? If we send military forces to intervene, all bets are off and the shooting war starts then and there.
I believe that God will smash China like a bug in the Gog-Magog war. China's communist suppression of religion does not match up with the Human Fraternity movement or the Antichrist and his False Prophet. The Antichrist wants the Temple to be built and wants to be worshipped.
Personally, I expect the Antichrist to come out of Jacob's descendency. Not necessarily a current citizen of the State of Israel, but a genetic Israelite nonetheless. Perhaps from the tribe of Dan.

No. Unless the American people are willing to stop buying goods from China and pay a lot more for these items, then no, we can’t be at war with China. Especially being even more massively in debt as a country than we were before Covid-19. If your fiscal house is in shambles, then you are greatly hobbled as to how you can respond to events.

The US has allied with certain enemies in the hopes of keeping others at bay. We have allied with Wahhabi Saudi Arabia and we have allied with Communist China.
This does not mean they are our friends. They certainly are not, nor do they treat us as such. Our treating them as if they are is utterly foolish, but we seem adept at playing the fool.

at first we will break whatever ties we have left with them - no more stuff with "made in China" on them.
we will probably freeze payment for the trillions in the NYC banks we owe them. then the dragon will roar at the eagle.
That is the hope but Saudi Arabia considers Russia and Iran allied. Stephen Kotkin, Princeton professor world expert on Stalin, has said that Russia became antagonistic towards the USA when we became the world's richest and strongest country at the end of the 19th century. Putin seems to be friends with no one in the West although he has much to fear from his long, long border with China for which the Russian army has few men to contend with the massive Chinese army. So I agree with you that Putin fears China. The Russian military seems to roll along even though they are broke. The Russian state department is more professional than ours according to Professor Kotkin so they will make more gains unless Trump is able to clear out the deadwood from the American bureaucracy. So far the GOP seems to like big government about as much as the Dems.
We are in a cold war with them. They are expanding militarily and our friends and allies in Asia are paying the price of our inaction and our rundown military. Our only hope is to defeat the leftists in this election but that seems unlikely when the Libertarians will vote with the left on social issues to preserve a permissive stance on depravity. Trump may have another term but then he becomes a elder statesman and loses influence. Pence hardly seems capable of becoming popular politically. Cruz flunked because his mortgage was from Goldman Sachs where his wife worked but if his house is paid off or the mortgage is less than the worth of the house that should not be a long-term disadvantage. My conclusion is that after Trump will we have another person who can fight the left on both social and political issues?

We wont go to a hot war with China regardless of Taiwan. For similar reasons we have not gone to a hot war with North Korea.
We have defended Taiwan since the end of World War II. During the Eisenhower administration, the Chinese Communists government shelled the offshore islands of Quemoy and Matsu and Ike put a stop to it. Of course, we fought the Chinese Army when they crossed the border with North Korea and invaded Korea when our troops were all the way to the border with China. In 1959, China invaded Tibet and brutally repressed that nation, and they still are there. I myself have always thought that our Chinese policy was nonsensical because Formosa/Taiwan is the home of the former Chinese Nationalists led by Chang Kai-shek who was our ally in World War II in the fight against Japan who had invaded China and brutally repressed the Chinese people. American authoress Pearl Buck used to say of the Japanese atrocities that such things were not forgotten, but she was wrong, they are forgotten. Also, Nixon's trip to China looks like another failure. I don't know why Nixon thought that he knew more than Ike. Of course, behind all of these American failures is Franklin Delano Roosevelt and his stupid state department that clearly bungled the Chinese problem and the Korean problem and the Russian problem. The Democrats have always said that FDR was a dying old man at the time, but that is not very comforting when you realize American stupidity on the orient.

It is all about nuclear bombs. I doubt there will ever be a hot war between nuclear powers, the risks for both sides are just too high, Chinese communists also have economic ties which are pretty strong world wide. Russia and US also never went to war with each other for the same reason of mutually assured destruction. And God is in control, so if there was a nuclear war, It would be part of His plan for the end of days. But without God, nothing can happen, for of Jesus is said many things speaking of the power of God who actively controls what He has made,

No, China is not our equal militarily. We can destroy China by refusing to buy products and services made in China. They are a communist-controlled state and they have invented nothing of their own but have stolen everything from others. They still have millions in total poverty and their military is a sham. Their navy is one aircraft carrier with inferior aircraft. They cannot trust their own rank and file in their military because of their repression. We could declare war on them and engage them but it is easier just to collapse them economically and let them execute Xi Jinping and bring on their next oriental despot. Let them sink back into the state that Nixon took them out of in 1972.
