The "hymn" is a total misrepresentation of Arminianism. And I agree with Pipedude that to believe in the theology that this mockery represents would be to call the adherent to it a heretic.
Neither the Calvinist nor the Arminian is heretical as far as the orthodox beliefs in the Christian faith.
