For one thing it's cultural. similarly you can't for example want Muslims to not be offended by those who eat pork.
How many times have we seen Muslims complain just because of usage and/or ads for bacon, ham, etc...

Yes. The current administration is trying to use Title IX to block education funds from North Carolina. Where in Title IX is there any mention of trangenderism? What we have are bureaucrats from the Dept of Ed expanding the legal definitions already in place to suit their agenda.

They're on very shaky legal ground here. But that won't bother an administration that routinely breaks the law, passes their own legislation in the oval office, ands spends money that has not been appropriated by Congress.

Yes. along with a SCOTUS that looks the other way or accommodates said administration by MAKING new "progressive" law rather than interpreting the Constitution . And because it has gone unpunished by a house which is sound asleep (Z-Z-Z-Z-Z-Z) at the keel, future liberal "progressive" administrations will continue in the "lawlessness" for what end only the Lord knows comrades.

Another thing about all stalls in public toilets.

Even if one uses the paper toilet seat covers ("provided by the management for your safety"), there is the possibility of an infectious disease lurking in the uncleaned parts of the bowl, cover, etc...

Yes I am prone to hypocondriasis.

Like Adrian Monk, I avoid public restrooms except for an emergency.

It is possible that they don't argue over it because they are morally inferior.

The idea that other countries are different from the US on any issue seems meaningless to me unless one can establish a moral superiority in those countries which leads them to not have such an issue with transgenderism. Until you can establish that, I do not see how this point you try to make is valid.

I didn't say we did. I was referencing what is done in several European countries. You pay the money to go into your stall. you use the bathroom and you leave.

It's not complicated so I don't get why we're making this a thing.

I remember back in the 1950s pay toilets were fairly common in public venues such as bus stations and airports. There were coin slots in the door and you had to put a quarter in the slot to open the door to get in.
