Ben Sasse is an honorable, Godly man, who truly cares about the integrity of this nation. He would be a great President who brings dignity back to the Oval Office. A better version of Ronald Reagan.

Oh yes, was president of Midland University (Lutheran-ELCA) from 2009-2014.

ELCA News - Benjamin Sasse Named President of Midland Lutheran College

"The board of trustees at Midland Lutheran College, Fremont, Neb., elected Dr. Benjamin Sasse the 14th president of the 126-year-old liberal arts college....of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA)."

"Sasse takes office in late spring of 2010. Sasse currently teaches public policy at the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas, Austin."

Sasse, 37,...attended Harvard University, Cambridge, Mass.; Oxford University, United Kingdom; and St. John's College, Annapolis, Md., before earning a doctorate at Yale University, New Haven, Conn.

was an "Assistant Secretary of Health and Human Services" under George W. Bush

I’m thinking of the White Horse Inn with Michael Horton. Certainly not liberal.
Also thinking of conservative and Reformed leaning Chris Rosebrough of Pirate Christian Radio.
Thought Sasse may have some connection.

According to Wiki:
baptized in the Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod.[84]
He later became an elder in the United Reformed Churches in North America
currently, He is a member of Grace Church, a Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) congregation, in Fremont.

Sasse has been criticized for lambasting Trump but voting in line with Trump's positions

Sasse became the first Republican senator to publicly support 2021 efforts to remove Donald Trump from office, stating that he was willing to consider articles of impeachmeant because Trump had violated his oath of office.[73]

(Hmmm that was a very quick decision - wonder what he thought when it came out that the planning was done - several days - if not weeks in advance)

Sasse as one of the sheep must have missed this teaching.

Matthew 10:15-17
New King James Version
15 Assuredly, I say to you, it will be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah in the day of judgment than for that city!
Persecutions Are Coming
16 “Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves.
17 But beware of men, for they will deliver you up to councils and scourge you in their synagogues.

Joining with the wolves in going after Trump who was much more godly in his policies than the democrats was not being wise as serpents..

I had liked the Senator's contribution in the confirmation hearings, but was disappointed he chose to support the unconstitutional trial in the Senate because Mr. Trump is not the President. Over the years, several RINO's have fooled me, including the 43 President. I have added this Senator to my list of failures in discernment.

Nope. Look at his voting record in the Senate.
Sasse is all about following the Constitution as it was intended by the founding fathers. He holds to the Rule of Law, above all things.
Ben Sasse is the one person who does not kowtow to political party mandates when those mandates are unconstitutional and breaking the law.
He is the one person who has called for term limits on Congress.
So, no, he does not kowtow to either parties perverted leadership.

His voting record is irrelevant. If he won't go on the offensive against Dem insurrection then he is kowtowing.

Your comment is false. His voting record is very relevant. What is irrelevant is attacking other human beings who have a different idea regarding best path for the United States.
Read his book "THEM." It will help you grasp why Ben Sasse is the one who seeks unity rather than divisiveness in the US. He is the closest thing to Ronald Reagan that I have seen, except Sasse is more Godward than Reagan.

You are wrong about Reagan—Reagan agreed with Evangelicalism.
