It's amazing ... what's more amazing is the anticipated defense of this measure as it will somehow differ with the first travel restriction "due to covid."

How does this make Joe a "racist"? Here in the UK and much of Europe, same measures are being taken, rightly, or wrongly, against this new "variant". "race" has nothing to do with this!

I agree. When Trump restricted travel it had nothing to do with racism and neither dies Bidens actions.

People like playing the race card. We saw this with the wall. Had nothing to do with race but people were labeled racists.

I know I cant speak for Two Wings - but I would say he is being a bit facetious
But what is good for the goose is good for the gander.

Many liberals contend that Mr. Trump was a racist for stopping travel from China
So does'nt it make since if that Mr. Biden stops travel from Africa - then it must be
a racist move?!

But have you heard one liberal mention that about Biden?

I haven't. But I learned about the restrictions here.

I believe it was wrong of the Dems to call Trump and his supporters racists for Trump restricting travel and for Trumps immigration policies. So I'd believe the same when the shoe is on the other foot.

I expect the media to be hypocritical.

Myra no one including the op is literally saying he is racist. But at some point someone will try to say otherwise. The rest of us without a pathetic agenda understand what the op meant. Sad that has to be explained.

I believe he is a racist. You may disagree, but I believe his past remarks show this is true.

We disagree, but there is no hidden agenda.

Part of my reasoning is Biden's work with segregationists. Another are comments like:

Forced busing to desegregate schools would cause his children to “grow up in a racial jungle.”

Obama is “the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean.”

“You cannot go to a 7-Eleven or a Dunkin’ Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent.”

With Trump I remember his contributions to historically Black schools and his relationships with Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton who praised Trump (before Trump was a Republican).

only triggers I've seen from Jon relate to the cv jabs and this so called business having rights under the Constitution.
