Ah....I agree with Biden on that point. I thought you were talking about pistols, rifles in general, and shotguns.
Like the Federation or the First Galatic Empire?Biden will establish an intergalactic empire.

I do not believe it was wrong to ban machine guns from the general public either. So you obviously dont believe in the Second Amendment of the Bill of Rights. Gee thanks. What world do you live in? Why would you want to ban semi-automatic rifles? Why on earth would you ban 90% of all rifles sold today? Why would you ban magazines that hold more than 10 rounds? Then comes the ban of all semi automatic pistols that can hold more than 10 rounds. I realize you just don't know it. But you are on the wrong side. Now doubt you think we should have to only be allowed to own the kinds of outdated guns that you like, and not what the buying public likes.
Well, NY did pass the (so-called) SAFE act.

Weird. You can buy an M2 under the right conditions. It will cost you a ton of money, but if money is no object you could legally find one for purchase. Strange that you are under some weird impression that you cannot own a machine gun. Where did you get that weird idea from? You just thought it up? There are available a very limited market of legally registered machine guns. No doubt the M2 there is only a tiny amount available to a tiny group of rich collectors, but under the right circumstances it is doable.I do not believe it was wrong to ban machine guns from the general public either.
The 2A does not guarantee the right to buy the guns the public likes (I would like a M2 machine gun....that was my weapon in the Army...love the sound....this does not mean I have a right to buy one).
We know exactly what they meant. "A well regulated(working) militia, being necessary .........Should people be allowed to have revolvers? Some of them fire six shots and some guys carry two revolvers for a total of twelve shots. I wonder if the authors of the Bill of Rights knew how far gun technology would advance?

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.
No, the general public cannot but a M2 (I already checked).Weird. You can buy an M2 under the right conditions. My point here is that Republicans do the same thing that Democrats do. They take one's position (here Biden's) and push it until it is a lie. It may be that this is where they want to go, but it is an assumption. The solution is not to attack strawmen but to come up with a policy that prevents the strawman from becoming a real boy.
