My apologies.

Somewhere I got the impression that you have supported or do support some pro-abortion (AKA pro-choice) candidates.

But now you claim you have not and do not.

Good! I'll take your word for it.

No, you are grossly misrepresenting everything I have written.
Abortion is not the topic of this discussion. Even someone of your intelligence can see that. Moreover, I have not mentioned the subject of abortion in this thread in anything I have posted. Unless, of course, you have some sort of proof that I have mentioned the subject of abortion in this thread. That would require you to provide some proof.

Please stick to the discussion at hand. Of course, the fact that you have done this simply reinforces the proof you offered in your previous posts.....

You really crack me up!

OK. Back on topic.

I really don't think Bill Clinton has the moral authority to advise Baptists on how they should act.

Unity with people who support gay unions/marriage, abortion, adultry, which are unbiblical. I can see no unity there.

Bill you know it seems like
He craves the public spotlight
And seems to have missed it a lot!
That's just IMHO!

Oh, you make specific claims that I have said/written something that were patently false (and you aren't even man enough to admit it), and somehow I crack you up? As always: your comments say more about you than they do about me.

We know, carpro.

Which candidate is pro-adultery?
Is this thread about candidates? or Bill Clinton saying baptists need unity?
Bill Clinton is pro adultry, and he was unity with baptists? Who are we going to have unity with, people like him? I think not.

OK, when has Bill Clinton said he is pro adultery? I remember him being contrite and making a public apology for his behavior in that area. Sounds more like a repentant sinner than someone out promoting adultery as a healthy life style.

When? How about the many times we had hear about it? Wonder how many times he had to be repentant, and if that was anything past the public view?
If you want unity with clinton and liberal baptists, have at it.

When? You don't remember his public apology on nationwide tv? And the number of times you had to hear about it have no bearing on whether or not he is "pro Adultery" as you claim. Again, please provide a statement by President Clinton where he makes the case for promoting adultery as a good lifestyle choice. As for public view, that is all you are privy to see. You don't know what went on in his private repentance, just your speculation.

Sounded more to me like a man who was mostly sorry he got caught. His subsequent behavior bears out my observation, I believe.

Yep, he got caught, and the plea bargain required an apology. I won't judge his salvation, but I will judge his apology. It wasn't sincere.

And a lot of Democrats conveniently forgot what he did. He disgraced the highest office in this country. I have seen Pastors ostracized for less.
