As far as I know, no cause of death has been determined yet.
true but it wont matter because his death was completed in nine minutes caught on several videos.

but yes what you say is true and my guess is a pronouncement of manslaughter will be forthcoming resulting in severe rioting in the streets of Minneapolis for less than a murder charge.

it might have been a heart attack from the exertion of struggle and not suffocation and therefore possibly technically not a crime especially if he was resisting arrest,

nevertheless no matter, the globalist machine may provoke violence not just in Minneapolis but several cities if they can vector the blame to Trump. VERY DANGEROUS POTENTIAL FOR RACIAL VIOLENCE,

the police officer should spend the rest of his life in prison
if the death was the result of suffocation, yes it was murder or manslaughter because he repeatedly pleaded for air to no avail.

if the death was due to a heart attack or stroke because of the struggle that really complicates matters because he was resisting arrest,

i am not a lawyer, any lawyers or para-legals out there to comment?

All of this is on video. Man was handcuffed and lying face down on the ground. Police officer was kneeling with knee placed on the back of the suspect's neck for 9 minutes. During this time suspect can be heard saying, "I can't breathe!" on the video.

shoplifting?

Not sure. The suspect got pulled over. Police approached the car and emptied it of passengers. The suspect got out, offering no resistance, was cuffed and placed on the sidewalk with back against a building while the police officer gathered information from him. Then he was escorted across the street to the police car.

Watch the video.

i see this tactic quite often on the COP type live filmings - police but a knee on the perps neck until they get him under control.

GUARANTEE - no matter what the determinate cause we wont see the neck breaker tactic used anymore EVER.

Hard to imagine the need to stay on him unless he wasn’t yet handcuffed. Was the police officer alone? I didn’t see any others. Once handcuffed, they usually get him in a car for transport, especially with a crowd around them.

Need more info

peace to you

Watch the videos.

He's handcuffed, lying on the ground near the police car with a police officer kneeling on his neck until he passed out. If you watch the video you can see the suspect wasn't moving for over 3 minutes. Cop kept kneeling on his neck. Finally, the ambulance comes. They pick the suspect off the ground and he's lolling around like a rag doll.
