Body builder dies six days after second Moderna jab

Actually, that seems to be the sort of “mocking advice” that could come from either side.

One may feel he is putting God to the test by getting an unproven vaccine, while another may feel he is putting God to the test by not getting that same vaccine. I wonder if the wisdom Paul expresses in Romans 14 doesn’t have some application here.
Whatever is not of faith is sin. So I have faith God provided it and am up to date on my Pfizer shots. Others without faith are sinning if they take the shots.

Well, that’s got it partly right. For example, one who views getting the vaccine as putting his faith in man rather than God would be putting himself at risk to get vaxxed. He has faith.

... And that doesn’t fully cover those who have survived COVID-19 already. They can have faith that God not only saw them through, but also provided them with sufficient future immunity naturally.

You cannot have faith in man. Faith is a fruit of the Holy Spirit God gives to those he saves.

What killed him?
The story doesn’t say why he was hospitalized or what killed him.

They tell you he took the second shot. He died six days later. You are suppose to “connect the dots” and blame the shot.

I suspect if the author of the story could have directly linked the death to the shot, he would have. He didn’t so I’m doubtful of the connection until I see evidence to support it.

peace to you

Some are enlightened, many are not. Look at how many Pentecostals and JWs kill shunning medicine.
This has little to do with enlightenment but a lot to do with perspective, with some reluctant or unable to look at other sides fairly with discernment.

But back to your assertion in combination with faith as a fruit of the Holy Spirit.

By the standards of your own statement, a Christian cannot have faith in the statement, “You cannot have faith in man,” for that statement is from man, not from the Bible.

In fact, having faith that God provided the vaccine is quite extrabiblical, that is, not based on what is found in God’s Word but on what is being reported, asserted, or claimed by men.

No, those dying from car accidents are automatically known as deaths caused by COVID.
Great example of the hypocrisy, First the anti-vaxers claimed that all sorts of deaths were being blamed on COVID and now they are the one's blaming all sorts of deaths on the vax.

If you are born-again, then you know God gives faith for some things and removes it for others. So unless you experience this, we cannot communicate.
If you are claiming that you feel the Holy Spirit is leading you personally in or about something, that’s one thing. If you are claiming He is speaking through you for others to follow or obey, that is quite another. So, just what are you claiming here?

You seem to want to argue. I'll leave that for others.

Jake Kazmarek: 28-year-old New York bodybuilder says getting vaccine does not make him a "sheep," dead four days after second Moderna mRNA injection - The COVID Blog

So very sad. Died six days after his second jab. And the irony is that his death will be classified as "unvaxxed" because he, like very many after the second one, died within two weeks after the booster. And then tmany people will cite again that "the majority of deaths are among the unvaxxed"! Disheartening. So many people who refuse to think this through.

I probably should not have left my answer at merely saying to connect the dots. He may not have died of the jab (though I think he did). There are other complicating factors. It could be that, being a body-builder, he may have predisposed himself to a bad outcome once jabbed by taking steroids or other cardial-tissue compromising substances.

Also, there is the very serious problem of incorrect procedure in vaccinations. According to what I read many health professionals (and un-professonals, apparently) are not vaccinating correctly. By not aspirating when injecting (to assure they are indeed avoiding vessels) they are delivering the vaccine intravenously instead of intramuscularly. The bulk of adverse early reactions, it seems, comes from the former.

More information here:

BTW this doctor is apparently on board with the currently Covid treatment regimen, though very much against the sloppy and untrained way it is being done.

So, yes, I still think the vax killed him, but there may have been other factors at play. He may have made a dangerous treatment even more so.

Pilot error. All 257 on board died. OK!

Per the powers that be.

I agree. And the opposite is also true. I prayed about the vaccine prior to making a decision. This led me to passages about God using men, giving men abilities, etc. I can look back through history and see God's hand in the lives saved through vaccines and medical advancements. God gave me the peace and confidence to take the vaccine (and booster). And God used this during the pandemic to open up ministry opportunities.

It would be disobedience for me not to have been vaccinated and those opportunities would have fallen to another.

Christians need to pray and follow their conscience.

That's what we doing, following our conscience. The pro-vax crowd is trying to use Fed govt and OSHA to financially dictate to is what our conscience is.

I agree that this is sad.

I'm sure he could have died of the vaccine or of any number of things not related to the vaccine (the risks are minimal, but present nonetheless, and body builders are often not the most healthy).

Why do you think he died of the vaccine?

Also, regarding @Wingman68 's post of Mike Mitchel dying of a heart attack at 65 (he had a history of heart attacks....one serious heart attack ending his bodybuilding career in 2006):

Do you believe Mitchel was a "victim" of the covid vaccine? If so, what draws you to that conclusion.

Yep, understood, except that was already covered.

It's the sentiment of the very first sentence of your post (and the very last) which was otherwise lacking, which is the point of mine.

It is the abject, supercilious judgmentalism in holding the position that I so object to. That's the reason for citing Romans 14 as having some wisdom applicable to this. It was right to disengage, but that poster should have done it sooner and without the ignorant ad hominem.

And how dare someone present argument in a debate forum. Why the very nerve! :Wink

Because of their increased vascularity, this may mean bodybuilders are much more susceptible to a negative outcome, if this procedure is not followed.

I cannot be dogmatic but just the preponderance of similar things happening lead me to that suspicion. From what I have read I would disagree with your statement that the risks of the vaccine are "minimal". It seems they cause far more problems than they cure. That goes especially for the boosters.

Admittedly there are a lot of discreditable sites on both ends of this issue. For instance I certainly do not believe, like one site claims, that the vaccines will turn people, when the 5G switch is turned on, into robots. But there are also sites that have more credible and detailed information. Like the following. I especially like the downloadable PDF:

The Dangers of Booster Shots and COVID-19 ‘Vaccines’: Boosting Blood Clots and Leaky Vessels
