it does not say that Jesus only died for those who believe. It does say, that from the entire human race, those who do believe will be saved, and those who choose not to believe, will be damned. God's saving Love extends to the entire human race, or else this passage is pointless!
Not possible,or all would be saved...look at what you posted!

To the bold, I say amen. In fact, what you say is a "Calvinist" claim.
God also saves from every nation, tribe and tongue so God's love does indeed extend to all. The truth to that is that people from every nation, tribe, and tongue have those who believe.

If Jesus ransomed, universally, all people so that their sins are no more, then why are so many condemned to eternal death?

It does say God loved the human race, yes. But it stops there. It does not say he loves every individual or that every individual has the ability to be saved.
