Or Psalms 53
According to Romans 3:10-11 and Romans 3:23-26 everyone is a sinner.

That is not what's in dispute. What's in dispute is the faulty claim that no sinner seeks God. They base this upon quoting Psalm 14 out of context.

I know where Rom 3:11 is from, so thats a double testimony that men naturally under sin dont seek God.!
Romans 3:11 is the words of a fool. It funny you apply them to your self.. How is it that a sinner such as a fool could possibly understand any thing in the Bible?. Ps 14

Its for all men naturally under sin Rom 3:9-11; And quite frankly all men under sin are fools spiritually. Titus 3:3

For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.

The word foolish anóētos :

/A "without" and 3539 /noiéō, "to think") – properly, non-thinking, i.e. not "reasoning through" a matter (with proper logic); unmindful, which describes acting in a "mindless, dense" way ("just plain stupid").

Its no accident that paired with the fact man doesnt seek God, it says he doesnt understand God, hes a fool

11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.
