One is either saved by God or not?
Yes nothing I said disputes that. One is either saved by God or not.
WHEN did the Lord make you no longer a sinner, but a saint?
I was a saint at my baptism and I was a saint when I recieved faith. I still sin but my life isn't patterned around sin. I'm still struggling against sin and will do so until I go to be with God. Note what the book of Hebrews says
Consider him who endured from sinners such hostility against himself, so that you may not grow weary or fainthearted. 4 In your struggle against sin you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding your blood.

Read the question again. He did not ask you if you "was a saint" but when did you become a saint!

Second your order is wrong. Baptism does not precede faith but in your answer it does!

Initial salvation is not a linear process but is always expressed in the Aorst or Perfect tense which demands a completed action as in the word "savED." Your false doctrine requires a linear process.
