I want to why the term "fundamental" ever got such a bad rap? I consider myself a fundamental Christian and I'll assume many others in here do also. Fundamental just means we base our faith on the essentials within the word of God.

The term fundamentalist was applied as a smear to certain Christian groups by the liberal media to associate them with radical groups in other religions who were also called fundamentalists; for example the Islamic terrorists! Unfortunately certain people on this Forum have elected to call some of us fundamentalists who disagree with changing the service to worship of God into a rock concert.

You may be correct. However, the term has been resurrected in recent years by the liberal media to dump on certain Christian groups. It appears, as I noted earlier, that the same tactic is being employed on this "Christian" Forum!

Jesus Christ was not a Nazarite and the Apostle Paul states:

Come on OldRegular, you are the one mentioning women swishing their hips. I was simply pointing out that if that is a problem for you there is help. However, it was tongue and cheek. I sorry if my humor offended you. But, I will have to admit that I've never associated women swishing their hips with clapping in church. I was simply trying to show the weak nature of your argument. Your scripture had no real application to your argument of associating clapping with swishing. So, is it ok for the men to clap to the music so long as they don't swish their hips and tempt the women?

Thanks for stating what I was thinking all along. If you are not tempted or thoughts go through your mind with those kind of body moves of the opposite gender (it does not matter if it is church or a night club), then something is not right upstairs if you are a male, which means, we constantly have to guard against that.

To me, if that does not bother someone, well, maybe they have the mindset of a group we are really not suppose to talk about on this board.

Man, you guys are carrying these swishes a lot futher than I would have imagined. I've never seen the sensual stuff that you are alluding too going on in any worship service that I've been in. If it was I'd have to leave just like I had to change SS classes one time because a woman wore dresses that were cut way to short up top and below.
