You are questioning the works that Jesus does.

no, JUST the works that you claim to do in his name!

Do you teach the Gospel of jesus and paul, or another one?

Do you hold that Jesus was/is God in the flesh, that he died for atonement, and that he rose from the dead?

that jesus did what he did because he is God, or do you see him doing that same way you claim to be able to do that?

Let's be a tad bit specific here! ... someone might just benefit from it.

One of the many reasons the Word (the Logos) came to earth was to demonstrate how we are to live.
Hence, He exhibited great faith in God's desire and power to heal people.
And He accomplished this in the same way that He told us to do it.
He prayed with great faith ... and the precious Holy Spirit performed the miracles!

Luke, the 5th of the 17th chapter
Now it happened on a certain day, as He was teaching, that there were Pharisees and teachers of the law sitting by,
who had come out of every town of Galilee, Judea, and Jerusalem. And the power of the Lord was present to heal them.

Translation: Jesus was present, but that wasn't enough ... Someone else had to be there avec His power, and He was!
IMO, "the Lord" here is Father God, and His power is the Holy Spirit, who is the Workhorse Member of the Holy Trinity.
Jus sayin' ...

translation, jesus was NOT powerful enough to do anything, because he was JUST a man, used by the power of the HS to do his works...

Do you hold, REALLY, that jesus, God Himself in human form, could not do anything?

I explained why, IMO, the Godhead decided to have the Holy Spirit do the work.
However ...
Logos = Word = Jesus = Son of God = Son of man = Messiah
Jesus was fully God and fully man.

was he always God though, or was he made that when born?

Just making sure that you did not hold that he ceased being God while on earth, as he was just a man who assumed being god back after resurrection, you don;t hold to that, right?

Geez ... the Word (the Logos) was always the Second Person of the Trinity.
And He was all of those things while on earth.

The OT talks about the Son of God, so perhaps He was always that also!

But, last year, I thought He was called "the Son of God" only because God the Holy Spirit was His "Father"!
Oh, well.

Years ago in Bulgaria, we gave out many many thousands of these in the Bulgarian and Turkish languages.

For children and the elderly … The Way To God ... http://www.wmpress.org/wtg_text/engnkjv.htm

Originally designed for Muslims … How To Know God ... http://www.wmpress.org/hkg_text/engnkjv.htm

Follow-up for adults especially … Help From Above ... http://www.wmpress.org/hfa_text/engnkjv.htm

We also gave out thousands of NTs, Bibles, the world-famous “Jesus” film (videos/dvds), etc.
in the Bulgarian and Turkish languages.

The question is …
Why would Satan perform many miracles of healings …
which confirmed our validity, and the validity of these gospel materials?

He would not. A bad tree cannot produce good fruit. Beelzebub does not cast himself out, a house divided cannot stand.

satan does though ALL the time get his viewpoints out into the church, as in heresy and error in doctrines held, and he does do signs and wonders per the lips of jesus himself, that IF possible, would deceive even the very elect!

And in the end times, those not saved shall fall for the lie of antichrist, being seduced and bewitched by doctrines of demons, which much of modern chasama falls under!

I am glad you said MOST and not ALL! Because I could say the same about alot of other religions! THey do not have 100% truth!

Whether they are falling for false doctrines are continue to stay in a state of unbelief concerning what the Bible says! Both are wrong!

Lack of faith stops the hand of God working in any denomination!

Just what would Satan be trying to deceive people into believing?

We didn't preach to the people ... we only gave out these materials.
We didn't have time to hang around long ... 1.5 hours average per village.

1200+ mostly isolated villages ... 200 people average ...
some extremely hard to get to (depending on road conditions).

Have you read the gospel tracts we used?

Are you against the most-watched 2-hour movie of all time? ... translated into 1,160 languages

I'm supposing you're not against the NTs and Bibles we gave out.

IMO, you're making a fool out of yourself again.

Methinks they're wise enough to not make fools of themselves any more about this.
But, who knows, I could be underestimating dem.

fools would be those who keep claiming the bible supports an issue, such as modern day Apostles/prophets who have the gifts to heal/miracles, but the bible denies their claims!

Yes we thought about getting a medical expert in to affirm that this girl was blind at six yrs old, her eyes had a glaze over them, probably lying right?

Before I say 'yes, probably,' why did you "thought about getting a medical expert"? Did you then think better of it? Was there any consultation with this (or any) medical expert on the matter? [If not, why not?] Besides these things, there are other relevant facts you're not telling... "blind at six yrs old"? Just what caused her blindness? Does that condition always, or even normally, result in permanent blindness?

I know you're going to be put off by such questions, as anyone who claims to have experienced or witnessed a miracle always is. It reduces your importance to not be considered infallible, doesn't it?

In those circumstances, people are not interested in proving anything to anyone.
What they're interested in is praising the Lord!

Many millions of people all over the world have been healed by the power of God
to the great satisfaction of relatives, friends, neighbors, etc.
All of these people know what happened.

Generally these things happen to people who do not have any strong UNBELIEF.

Another testimony from Bulgaria ... with a personal touch ...

An unbeliever lady was in a hospital with uncureable brain cancer.
A Christian lady came to visit her, and prayed for her salvation.
Not only did she accept Jesus, but she was totally healed of the cancer.
Eventually, she became a powerful evangelist with the gift of healing (1 Cor 12:9).

I worked with her a few times, and she told me ...

Rarely will the Lord heal someone who has not fully repented of:
-- being involved at some point in the occult (not "cult" as in "sect")
-- having unforgiveness towards someone

Once these have been taken care of properly, the person is ready to receive the Lord's healing.

Have you ever seen a person with a missing arm or leg grow another one?
No ... so what? ... And guess what? ...

God is not some puppet on more than one string! (Who ever heard of a puppet on one string!)

God doesn't do back-flips for you or for anyone else! ... Get the picture?

Praise the Lord!

So why doesn't God heal those with missing limbs?
