Maybe by repeating something three times in one post the penny will drop. :)

Not in dispute.

Child slave labor is used to mine material for EV batteries. Apparently some believe if the children are not American or Canadian, child slave labor and the deaths that follow are OK if they can drive their EV.

EV batteries use heavy metals and toxins in production

EV batteries will rupture and/or explode eventually.

Without taxpayer subsidies, the EV market would collapse.

peace to you

Arsenic, cadmium, chromium, cobalt, lead, mercury, and nickel are elements that are present naturally in the earth. They are among a group of substances commonly referred to as "heavy metals." Note, lithium, Iron, and Phosphate are not in the list. Child slave labor is used to mine COBALT, but Cobalt is not part of LFP battery raw material.

Folks, ask yourself why all these false charges are presented over and over? Our positions should be based on truth.

There are problems with our current LFP batteries, like made in China.

So, are you claiming none of these heavy metals are used in the batteries? You should check your facts again.

The EV batteries are moving from lithium. Once again, this post is a political slight of hand, claiming cobalt is not used in one type of EV battery, while ignoring its use in others.

And, again, dismissing child slave labor as if unimportant. Very sad for the advocates of this unneeded, hazardous battery.

peace to you

I see the penny dropped. Finally!
Your views do not address the on going shift to LFP batteries, nor the need to manufacture them in the USA. Thus less than helpful.
