the true church of Christ is made up ONLY of the redeemed, the elect from Adam forward!

Then who is the redeemed being kicked out?

Matthew 18
15“If your brother sins, go and show him his fault in private; if he listens to you, you have won your brother. 16“But if he does not listen to you, take one or two more with you, so that BY THE MOUTH OF TWO OR THREE WITNESSES EVERY FACT MAY BE CONFIRMED. 17“If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector.

Lets do this then. LETS TAKE IT TO THE CHURCH. Your the only telling us YOU DON"T KNOW WHO THE REDEEMED ARE.

Name 5 living people who are ELECT/REDEEMED officially part of the church.

Let us do what Jesus says. Instead YOU REBEL against Jesus, you hate his command.

LET us DO what the bible says. Why do you refuse the bible?

Wow, you hate while you claim love.
How is it that you so badly miss the mark of what God has spoken in scripture? Is that because you are the product of Rome?

Why don't we settle this the way scripture says to settle it?

Ok then lets settle it the way Jesus Christ says to settle this.

You people keep dodging your betrayal.

There is only ONE baptism.

---> "One Lord, one faith, one baptism." - Eph 4:5

Read this post ---> Catechisms

Salvation was not completed on the Cross because He had not yet risen from the dead. What was completed on the Cross began the evening before in the Upper Room.
There is one immersion (baptism). Water is not used. The immersion is performed by the Holy Spirit when he places us, eternally, into the body of Christ. This is what the Bible is referring to when it says we are "in Christ."

That is what is primary to paul. as one must be Baptized in the Holy Spirit, regardless of mode of water Baptism!

Baptism, by definition, necessitates water. Yet water by itself is not a baptism and exercises no power on its own; for it is but a material sign of what is communicated spiritually. It is only WITH the Holy Spirit does it become baptism. For baptism requires water and the Holy Spirit. (cf. John 3:5)

---> "Going therefore, teach ye all nations; baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost." (Mt. 28:19)

Question for you to easily test the veracity of assertion ---> In the above verse, when is this formula ever recited sans water?

For if baptism involved only the Holy Spirit, the instruction and form for the Sacrament given by our Blessed Lord in this verse would be illogical.

Sure, what does scripture say about catechisms?

What you quote is when a brother is in sin. Are you in sin that I should confront you? If you refuse to repent shall I bring it to the elders? If still no repentance do I bring it before the community members?

utilyan, you seem to be extremely sloppy in your use of scripture.

Now, what does scripture say about catechisms?

No it doesn't necessitate water. By definition it means to immerse. It is a very common Greek word. The question is: Into what are you being immersed? The Bible is clear. We are immersed into Christ Jesus (hint: not into water). The one immersion, then, is the Holy Spirit immersing us into Christ. That is the one baptism.

So, why water baptism at a lake, a river or a pool? Every place where we see water baptism we see it being used to symbolize something. With John it is a symbol of repentance. With the Apostles it is a symbol of the immersion the Holy Spirit does when He immerses us into Christ. It sends a message to all the rebels in the world that I am no longer walking in the way of the wicked. I am now a citizen of the Kingdom of God. The Spirit of God has marked and sealed me into Christ Jesus.

This...is why the thief on the cross needed no water baptism to be saved. The one baptism was done by the Holy Spirit when he immersed the repentant thief into Christ Jesus while they were on the cross.

Which includes things like being sloppy in scripture. Or even charge apostasy. This is how Jesus commands it done. Nothing in here about running away to start a new denomination every time a person disagrees. As a WHOLE the church works it out.

Don't need Jesus?

Why not handle it the way Jesus states?

Is it because you are convinced the the billions say you are wrong? Anyone who has ACTUAL faith in God would stick with it without having to abandon the family. And if THE CHURCH in committee needs to vote one way God can arrange for anyone he wants to drop dead.

But thank you for expressing how we should not trust the command Jesus gave.

Yep, why did Rome create a new denomination under the control of the Empire? It was usurped by pagans when Constantine made it a government commissioned entity. Too bad it couldn't have remained underground.

So, God broke the weighty yoke of Jezebel and gave his elect freedom from the oppressor at Rome. Praise God the elect are no longer enslaved under the oppressor. God brought us out of Babylon and into the promised land.

From where I stand, “running away to start a new denomination” seems a lot better than the traditional method of “working it out” ... to use the power of the state to burn heretics for challenging the authority of the State Church. (Rome used this method for over almost two millennium and Germans and Dutch used it for centuries ... England was more civilized and merely beheaded or hung heretics).

Name them...... Name the Oldest Catholic

Study history instead of getting it from a chick tract in the bathroom.

Eitherway doesn't excuse not following Jesus commands.

You can disqualify all the Catholics since you divinely elect anyways.

We can sit back and laugh because even without us you can't get your LIE of a theology STRAIGHT.

A majority of numbers doesn't win. God always wins. And since you can't trust to do things God's way you will always fail.

You mean the Catholic Church at Jerusalem, the first church with the first council? The Catholic Church at Antioch? The Catholic Church at Ephesus?
There were many more healthy and vibrant churches than Rome. Rome was not dominant until the government co-opted the church and contaminated it. Shortly afterwards we see the abuse of Rome as it murdered people in the name of Christ while creating a catechism that twisted truth and demanded complete loyalty to its perversion of truth.

Rome is the Whore of Babylon, and God sent the Reformation in order to give her one last chance to repent and forsake her pagan and wicked doctrines!
Again, per the Bible, you and I actually belong as members to the true Church of Christ, not Rome, or Baptist!
