Well then by your own admission you are the pot calling the kettle black. For if you ARE teaching solely from the scriptures you would be able to recognize all truth. You wold have the Holy Spirit and would then be, infallible. The scriptures are God breathed and are profitable for doctrine, for correction and teaching in righteousness, that the man of God be fully equipped for every good thing in life. So YUP! I am using God's teaching tool.

Yes, this is deja vu all over again. One cannot be in full fellowship with both a Baptist and Catholic church at the same time. I cannot in good conscience participate in the Eucharist at a Catholic church, and the priest there cannot in good conscience allow me to participate.

Does the Baptist church you attend know that you attend/ a member of a Roman Catholic Church??
If so, they were wrong in allowing you to be a member.

So definitely an act of faith. Only those who believe should do this . Again is it a belief in different God's? It would seem we are all to do this when we come together.
