I guarantee that people aren't only spreading this virus by mere kissing and air droplets, this (information) is no revelation mystery that someone has discovered to "help reduce anxiety and stress" as they's like you to think. Like any virus it goes from hands to eyes-nose mouth! If it can transfer from hand <-> hand it can transfer from hand <-> door knob <-> hand or from mouth-nose-hand-air <-> grocery product <-> hand TO nose-mouth-eyes. I'll second that the "CDC is a bunch of idiots." to put out such nonsense which in this case is the opposite of teaching people to take important precautions to slow the spread.
