You talk about playing politics, he engaged with people. He spoke common sense. He was unashamed to be called a Christian.

After President Trump was shot in Butler, Kirk was counseled to stop being so out in the open. He determined to keep going.
He wasn’t playing.

This just happened today and from my understanding, there has been no arrests. At this time, we don’t have any evidence, no shooter, no autopsy, no inf on the weapon used, no motivation as to why etc. so anything right now is pure speculation as well as accusation. It’s just sad that a young man of 31 yo would be gunned down, seemingly w/o provocation & motive. Charlie now rests in eternity with the Lord… who was also killed in His youth. RIP Brother.

He had a small one, but to stop that kind of assassination would have taken 100. Even the Secret Service missed the attempt on Trump, and they had the police as well as the SS.
So they probably hit him with a long range rifle with scope vs a hand gun. Ballistics will give them much more evidence pertaining to distance etc. and being hit in the throat . suggests the shooter was aiming at the head but the bullet dropped ( speculation on my part). And they haven’t caught the shooter yet.
I just keep wondering why … I don’t see him (Charlie) as a major threat to anyone. But we aren’t living in a Christian world (yet)! It’s spiritual warfare. Perhaps the angles can be dispatched to clean up this evil that walks the world like a roaring lion.
