Your claim of a conclusion is premature and false. The truth is energy use is down worldwide and energy is only one part of the Phase 1 China Trade Deal that is at least $200 billion over 2 years.
China has also committed to $77.7 billion in additional manufacturing purchases, purchase $37.6 billion in services, of U.S. agriculture products by $32 billion, stronger protection for U.S. intellectual property and correcting other trade practices, a currency agreement containing a pledge, is to open up its financial services sector to more foreign competition, and for meeting those goals the U.S. will cut tariffs. NO COMPARISON to the inaction for years by others, namely Dems.
