I stand corrected :laugh: Just kidding Rev...we do just disagree. I would be more inclined to your view if Calvinists were followers of Calvin or Arminians followers of Arminius...but they are not.
As a Calvinist I certainly am not a follower of Calvin. I accept the label because it has come to describe a person who believes in the doctrines of grace. I have said it before; I disagree with Calvin on polity and baptism.
