Hello,
This is a supplamentary post to the one in the theology and bible study section, at:
http://www.baptistboard.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=3&t=001459
(please read that to understand what I am going on about!) It is intended just to show that the position I advocated there is not new. What follows is a list of some premillennialists who, at least at some point during their lives, believed that Christians could miss the kingdom and/or be punished at the judgement seat of Christ (although there are obviously differences between them over some details - even important details). The list is taken from the book, "The Rod: Will God Spare it?" by pastor Joey Faust, and the RH numbers refer to page numbers in that book. Finally, I must also point out that not all these people are were baptists; although many of them were. I hope it is still OK for me to post this? Thank you.
