I don't know who claimed it or what scripture was cited. The scriptural justification for the statement is essential. In the recent post, The extent of Christ's Death , it was stated that Christ died for ALL sin.
I can think of no evidence that satan is included in Christ's atonement. Moreover, I think it is a mistake to think of the atonement as something separate from the Person of Christ. He is the door for the sheep, the bread of life, the way, the truth and life itself.Although focused on the sin on the world, must we consider the sin of Satan paid as well? Do we err by saying All sin ?
Not with the understanding that the "whole world" is all of mankind.the sin on the world, must we consider the sin of Satan paid as well?
Jesus did not die for Satan. Satan is a fallen angel and angels are not the heirs of salvation. They are unredeemable. Jesus died to the pay the penalty for the sins of humanity, not the sin of fallen angels. In the recent post, The extent of Christ's Death , it was stated that Christ died for ALL sin. maybe it means sinners, all sinners, all who need salvation cosmos means universeNot with the understanding that the "whole world" is all of mankind.
In modern usage the term cosmos is used of the universe. But the foundation of the world . . . κοσμου . . . being understood to be the origin of man, did not take place until the sixth day.maybe it means sinners, all sinners, all who need salvation cosmos means universe
Jesus didn't simply die for SIN. Jesus died for us to save us from our sins. Jesus only died for human beings. And yes, God has favorites. We are the only creatures made in His image that He wanted to have to fellowship with. We are His creation and when we are saved, we are His children. Jesus did not die for angels. I don't see why you list that as a "problem."wow, the intensity , the repetition of the mantra,
then I see several problems
Was God not able to redeem them? not willing?
He did not die for ALL SIN, the category of sin.
He does have favorites among the created beings.
I would rather God than man ideas..
Will Satan be incarnate at the end?
Actually, if you are making the argument FOR the redemption of fallen angels, you need to show that they are included in the plan of redemption. Nowhere in the Bible are fallen angels included. So we don't need to a verse that explicitly states that fallen angels are not included. If you think they are, the onus is on you to prove it.anybody got a verse that supports "no redemption for fallen angels" ?
Matthew 25:41 and Revelation 20:10.anybody got a verse that supports "no redemption for fallen angels" ?
I do not think we err because "sin" is understood (normally) to be in regard to that relationship between God and man.In the recent post, The extent of Christ's Death , it was stated that Christ died for ALL sin. Although focused on the sin on the world, must we consider the sin of Satan paid as well? Do we err by saying All sin ?

God and sinners, some who are menI do not think we err because "sin" is understood (normally) to be in regard to that relationship between God and man.
neither verse says what you postMatthew 25:41 and Revelation 20:10.

". . . everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: . . . " ". . . the devil . . . was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, . . . and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. . . ." Yeah, it is just meaninless rhetoric.neither verse says what you post
