Do you not see that Ezekiel 36 through Ezekiel 37 will be fulfilled at the time of Christ's second coming, when the remainder of Israel will see Him as He is?

God made all people of one blood. They are a family. With many adopted members. But the true Israel is Christ and his family.

All Israel shall be saved = All believers. Ask yourself, who is saved? Your answer should be all believers in Christ. And no unbelievers. = all believers are Israel.
